Location was not good , no restaurant nearby , hotel doesn't have room service , so it was very sad , because we arrived to hotel after a long travel, so again we have to go out side far from hotel for dinner.

Very poor ( literally no) parking space

Had to wait at non AC very Hot area until they set our rooms. Took more than 1 and half hour to get to the room.

Nothing I like about this property other than its little nearby location for my destination

First of all its not worthy. And the staffs are unprofessional. I have booked for a room with Air-conditioning , private parking and breakfast. The staff asked me a full payment on the time of check in but I didn't agree with it. Also the room was pathetic there was an AC which is not working Bathroom doesn't have a lock and they used a pen to close it. No toiletries. there were a handwasher bottle and staff told me its shower gel. No dental kit and when I asked they brought it from near by shop. Sleep comfort was a horrible experience that the ac was not working and fan has very less speed. I have booked this room checking there is a parking and they offered me a private parking. I went out and came back at night and there is no space to park my car. I talk with the manager/owner over phone and he told me to park my car at road side near the property. Breakfast included they mentioned in the booking and when I asked they brought 3 parcel of poori with subji from a local roadside shop to my room. Totally its a worst experience I never suggest this hotel for anyone and Booking.com/treebo should return my money to cheating me false promises

The location was perfect for me as I had come for tasks in and around that area. Very near to Lulu Mall and Airport.

The rooms were not properly cleaned with dust even on mirrors. Can't say the room was untidy. It looked clean, however there was no attention to detail. Bed linen was not fresh. The quilt had stains (fresh) and there were hairs on the bed sheet when I lifted the quilt. Shower stopped midway of my bath. Breakfast was awful. Will I visit this property again? Probably yes, if my stay is for a day and I am going to spend most of the time outdoors away from the property. For the money that you pay, and the location, may be I would consider going back there again if I have a need, in that location.
