Very comfortable for 8 adults, 10 min walk to centre of town, curtesy bus was great to take us to the cable cars for skiing each day & pool nice afterwards. Very clean and staff were lovely.

Only one sofa which comfortably sat 4 but another one would have been great for the other 4. Steam room bit overpriced, think 10euro each person for 30 mins is a bit much. Ski lockers good but only got one per apartment, as we had 8 adults the locker only held our skis and we had to take boots & helmets to the apartment, there was enough room to store them there ok so it wasn’t a major problem.

Great location, very clean apartment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great for families. Pool was good and outdoor parking was fine.

Only 1 toilet roll provided and no washing up consumables. For the price you pay, toilet roll should be included along with washing up liquid and sponge considering the rules dictate everything should be left clean. Having to make beds on arrival and strip at the end was also not expected. Apartment we got did not match the photos.

The flats are a great size, clean and modern. We went for a 6 person flat instead of a 4 and the small amount extra in cost made for a more comfortable stay. Staff were so friendly. If you follow all the online check in reminders you can arrive and go straight to your apartment which is super handy. The Boulangerie deliver fresh bread and croissants each morning. The shuttle service is excellent to all the ski lifts. There is a private shuttle for the residents but also several public buses stop directly outside - so easy to get anywhere in resort. Initially it feels like the apartments are on the edge of town but everything is a short walk away. We ventured out to some lovely local restaurants that were a few minutes walk away and the teens found a fun bar with live music.

Spacious, clean and well located apartments

Super location, easy to find, very convenient for ski lift with regular shuttle bus. Small but well designed accommodation- we were only 3 for most of stay but 5 for final night which was quite a squash. It is a shame none of the apartments have a proper oven - this made cooking quite limited. Lovely welcoming staff.

Value for money was very good, friendly staff who spoke English and were able to help us with questions we had about the local area. Close to the slopes with a shuttle bus that took us there.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and we were not a fan of having to clean the flat at the end of the stay, we thought for the rating of the hotel that cleaning would be included.

Closeness to the ski entrance, parking availability, relaxed approach of the staff, good standard of the accomodation.

Pool to cold, it would br great if there would be caffe or some kind of social point/eating point in the building. Clealiness could be better, but understandable given size and number of guests changing on the same day.

The accommodation is very nice clean and modern, also very warm. Coffee machine downstairs was a nice touch as well. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Location is great, just 5 min away by bus to the ski lifts. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone

The service - super friendly and helpful staff. Also great: shuttle service, bread service, hamam, Nespresso machine in entrance hall. Very comfortable.
