The view from the room was incredible, overlooking the pool and the ocean, with nature and flowers all around. Plus, the breakfast was top-notch. It was just a 15-minute scooter ride to the city center, making it convenient to explore.

The stay had its good points, especially the beautiful view, but it left us feeling a bit weird. When we got there, we paid the bill but didn't get our change back right away – we had to ask for it later. Then, there was the scooter rental situation – they said it was 150 a day, but when we said no, they dropped it to 80. On our first morning, a staff member woke us up at 8 am to clean our room, which was annoying. The shower only stayed hot for like 30 seconds, and the pool was full of bugs, including a tiny scorpion. The road to the hotel was really rough. It's not fun to complain, but it seems like we're not the only ones who've had issues, especially with the person running the place. Overall, it was okay, but we wouldn't go back or tell our friends about it.

Beautiful view from the restaurant, value for money, clean, Good restaurant, we can recommended the French fries, they were deliciously crispy and combined very well with the gado gado sauce. Pak Agra was very helpful and entertained us with his stories of working on the Caribbean cruise ships.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Bring plenty of insect repellent as you are close to nature :)

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Perfect stay at Theodor Hotel, Labuan Bajo! We had an amazing time at Theodor Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a breathtaking view over the bay. The pool area is calm and relaxing – the perfect spot to unwind. The entire place is so peaceful, making it ideal for a restful stay. We only had breakfast on site, but it was delicious! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable – from arranging an early check-in to helping us find taxis and even a driver to Bajawa. 🙏 Thank you again for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning location, with each house having a huge balcony overlooking a calm bay. The balcony side of the room is fully made of glass,, you can see the same breathtaking views from your bed also! Its a nice spot to just relax and become zen after your komodo tour. Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool also has amazing views, we could stay there after check out until our flight left, so that was nice

AC had some hicckups for us, we needed to restart it every 2 hours (but I'm assuming that it will be fixed) It is good to know that you need a taxi or gojek to get to the city center, which is a 15 min drive on and about

such a tranquil location with exceptinal views and the rooms were really spacious and well mantained. We lso enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas. had dinner at accomodation one evening and it was excellent

was a bit far from LB for excursions but we hired a bike and so no issues other than when it was raining and wanted o go to dinner. WE just called a taxi then and price was very reasonable. The only issue, nothing to do with the accomodation though is that to visit a beach is tricky as they are all privately owned and so unless you are on a resort you cant access - very frustrating!

The room was really nice and spacious, the bed comfy and everything was clean. Power plugs near the bed which is a big plus. The view is unbeatable. It was very quite (apart from the noise of the demolition works 🤪, but couldn't hear it in my room), I was the only one at the pool and even at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very small, which is nice. Wifi was strong. Staff was friendly and the food good and big portions. My room wasn't ready when I arrived (it was before check in time) but they let me know as soon as it was and I didn't have to wait long.

The location is quite far from town and nothing is in walkable distance. The road up to the hotel is very rough and steep, I did send a message and asked for early check in but never got a reply.

Wonderful view from the room, very clean, perfect bedsheets, shampoo and other stuff in the bathroom, a kettle and coffee in the room! 👍The staff truly cares about your comfort. Food in the restaurant is simple but fresh and tasty. 👌 Peaceful and quiet, lots of beautiful flowers. If you want to go to the city or any places of interest, you have to rent a bike, which wasn't a problem for us though. The only things that could be improved are: maintenance of the pool, the bumpy road to the property and taking a one eyed cat to the vet. The poor creature looks like she lives there and is clearly suffering from an eye inflammation. I can't help but think of her whenever I remember the place... 💔 Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take her there myself...

This hotel was the perfect way to end our 1 month trip through Java and Flores. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was also great, the shower had good water pressure. The balcony had a magnificent view, specially for the sunrise. The pool was great, we spent a whole afternoon chilling and it was perfect. Additional points to the staff who was very kind and the manager who let us spend the whole day at the pool even though we had already checked out.

The sunbeds by the pool were a bit old, but still pretty confortable.

This is a true gem! The rooms are so pretty, the beds so comfy, the bathrooms just gorgeous, the view amazing. The included breakfast as well as the dinner were really good. We would have loved to stay longer, looking back we would rather have stayed there and done speed boat tours to the islands, than staying on a loud boat.

Great staff who helped with organising a taxi pickup from the airport. The rooms were spotless and had amazing views. We were out early and they didn’t breakfast wrap to go which was delicious. We didn’t spend as much time as we wanted to at the hotel but rooms were super comfortable and cleaned everyday. Would definitely be back!

It’s about 15-20 mins drive to town which we knew beforehand and we were fine with but other night not enjoy. The pool was nice but was lower than it could have been with the water.
