The staff was really kind and helpful. Since the hotel is located outside of the city, it is really calm. Apparently this is one of the only hotels that has a beach in Labuan Bajo. The hotel offers airport pickup for 100.000 rupiah which is really convenient. We got upgraded since we had booked a hill room with 2 different beds, which they didn‘t have. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and the beach are really nice. You can kayak for free since there are kayaks available at the beach.

The breakfast was not amazing. They had a good amount of variety, but most of the things were a bit tasteless. Having lunch or dinner at the restaurant is really expensive and not great. You might consider going to the city center for dinner instead.

Location was great - right at the beach. The restaurant being right there was an added bonus. The breakfast was great - lots of variety and all very fresh. The 24/7 menu was limited but adequate. We had a variety of recently renovated rooms and they were all very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was only available for one night but would have been perfect as a group base (especially with washing/drying facilities).

Accessibility is a problem. No handrails for the pools makes entry/exit difficult for many people. Also, the stairwell is dangerous at the top. I almost walked straight over the side edge coming from the lift. This would be helped by placing large. potplants or similar at those points. The stairs would also benefit from handrails and a central rail. In the garden view rooms, the light switches and power outlets are a long way from the bed. This is a safety issue for some. Bedside lights both sides would be good.

Extremely kind, courteous and helpful staff. The fact that the beach, beautiful sandy beach, is only a few steps from the room is fabulous. The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast with a mixed menu, both local and continental items. The all day menu is good, especially the local fair, and tasty plus reasonably priced. The room has a nice little veranda towards the garden path, but set back from it, where you can sit and read or eat your own snack or chat with your companion. The refrigerator in the room is great and a good size. The a/c works very well and has several eco settings. There was a little pier on the beach to be used for jumping off in deeper water. The property had several paddle boards for complimentary guest use. Extremely good value for our stay.

The pool could use more rapid circulation. More restrictions for smokers, their cigarette butts were visible everywhere, in the plantings outside the rooms, on the grounds and worst of all on the beach. Please provide some more beach loungers, resting on the beach under the trees is just super.

Amazing locations, right on the beach with an incredible view of the islands. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms. Which was nice however the bathrooms still need a bit of an upgrade/ clean. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back.

The resort is out of the main town which is okay because you can get a cheap car in or hire a scooter. Makes it more peaceful. The restaurant is a little dated and very basic. Needs an upgrade and new menu.

Close to town, but not walkable, you'll need a scooter. Ask for two room cards because one is required for the power in the room. The Air Con just barely was able to keep up, so you'll want to run it whilst you're gone. Breakfast was good, standard options. The pools were a nice refresher after a long day.

Need a key card to power the room and the front desk will charge you to get a 2nd one or if you lose it.

We could not have chosen a better place for hanging out and relaxing. The wifi was excellent, which was great for further travel organisation and catching up with what had happened in the world since we were on the run.

We were initially allocated a room with just frosted windows and a stinky toilet, but when I complained, we were immediately given a nicer room with view over the property and to the ocean (and no smells 😄). Thus this was actually something we did like. The resort is a long way from the Labuan Bajo tourist strip, but the shuttle bus helped with that. Still, if we had only stayed a couple of nights, we would have probably preferred somewhere closer to town.

Location is excellent. Ten minutes out of town and away from the noise of the mosque. Lovely long beach which was great for swimming on high tide. We stayed in the Premier Rooms which had big, comfortable and clean bedding. There is a renovation happening for the beachside bungalows. Some were already completed. I wish we'd stayed there as it is closer to the beachfront and probably a bit quieter. The sunset is fantastic!! Our thanks to Patris who recommended the East Cruise Komodo day trip to the islands. We had a great day snorkeling and visiting Komodo.

The restaurant menu needs a total upgrade including the takeaway breakfast pack which was totally horrible and unedible. There is not much choice for Westerners. No chargeback facility to the room. The beach needs to be cleaned regularly as there was so much plastic and litter washed up. We even did a clean up of it to get rid of all the plastic!! Small bathroom. Noisy neighbours (but that's not their fault). There is a bus service to and from town operated by the hotel and at the time of making the booking no mention was made that it is not a free service. This is found out on checkout. It’s not the cost but the lack of communication.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The property has two pools and is on a beach and allowed us to engage in various aquatic activities. You could definitely stay at the hotel for a week and feel entertained, well-rested and relaxed.

Personally, I didn't like the breakfast, which is more tailored for locals. The hotel is far from city center (about 10 minutes by car) (which could also be viewed as something positive, depending on what you're looking for).
