Very clean and very confortable.

The staff was very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. The AC worked great. It was mostly quiet when I was there. Metro and bus stops are close.

I had difficulty with the number of emails initially sent between booking.com and the hostal itself. Admittedly, some of that was my own fault, but the one from booking.com says it's street number 12 instead of 12B. And the one from the hostal with my check-in link was sent when I was on the metro without cell service, so I didn’t see it until I was standing outside in the heat, trying to find the place and figure out how to get in. Once I figured all of that out though, everything else was smooth. The app was pretty handy. I would stay here again - especially now that I know their process.

It’s a newly renovated, quiet, and clean place. It’s not super fancy, and the rooms are a bit small, but it’s perfect if you just need a place to sleep at night. There’s also a spacious and cozy area upstairs designed for relaxing and co-working, which is a great bonus.

It’s not too far from the city center, but it takes around 40 minutes by public transport. I would’ve been more satisfied if the price had been a bit lower, especially since I ended up needing to take a taxi late at night.”

Location of the property. Everything is nearby I choose the location because my conference was at UPM. It has very nice park nearby and lots of supermarkets and bars, restaurants….

Room are very small and I think you don’t get better options with the money you pay in Madrid. Can be use for sleeping only. They should provide some disposable plates near the Microwaven it will really help. And some information about drinking water and kitchen.

I was in Madrid for one night and this was perfect. Very clean and tidy room. Located in a quiet street close to the Metro. Great communication from the Ola Living team prior to check in and automatic access was easy. Excellent value for money.

The room was perfect for a city break with friends!! Me and my friend went for almost a week and it was amazing! Two minutes away from the metro and a few supermarkets so you never have to worry! And when we needed some extra bin bags etc the cleaners were more than happy to help!!

Comfy bed, very clean facilities, the common area is very nice with also tv/movie area and desks for studying/smart working with good WiFi! Great communication with host. Couple mins walk from metro and plenty of bars and a supermarket next door.

The room was super clean and using the link as keys was super convenient! There was great communication from the property and I loved that everything was ready when I arrived no having to deal with a front desk to check in!

I liked how easy it is to access the accommodation! It was also located really close to a bus stop and metro station. Hosts have great communication and were really nice as well. It was also a really nice room, everything was modern and well cared for.

There was a stain on the bed sheet.
