The hotel was very clean. The staff was polite. The location is easy to find. It was overall a wonderful experience. Though I wish they would allow late check-out when they handed us one of the rooms at least 15-20 mins late when we already had done a late check-in around 3:30 pm.

I wish that they would give rooms on time when we were already doing a check-in at around 3:30 pm. It was slightly disappointing when we arrived late and still one of the rooms was not ready. Even after letting them know that we would arrive around 3:30 pm, the rooms were still not ready on arrival. But when we asked about late check-out charges, we were informed it will be 1/2 day charge of around 2,500/- + taxes. Though this was just a minor disappointment.

Staff support, hospitality, cleanliness of the facilities are big big plus... Big and spacious room... It is about 1 hr - 1.5 hrs drive from the airport They have a restaurant which serves decent food, outside food not allowed even swiggy or zomato the hotel offers 25% discount which is still costly considering the cost of the food. Near by there are no options of decent restaurants to walk as well, that is the reason overall rating I reduced by 1 point, otherwise this a hotel deserves 10/10 (maybe the management should consider relaxing this norm).

They have done too much automation on lights and air conditioning. If you open the door for anything, the AC gets switched off and you will get to know its off after you feel the heat... may be some tweaking needed Bathroom lights goes off during shower, the lights require your hands or body movement, may be the sensors are not capturing, the management should look into this.

Breakfast was south Indian and really nice. Staff are friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable,. The view wasn't great but considering the location I didn't expect it to be and I didn't pick this hotel for that reason.

A few plug and wire popping out of place in the bathroom and bedroom which is okay but unsightly and can be dangerous.

The property seems new and kept extremely well. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options are good and in-room dining experience was excellent. I have no negative points about the property itself.

None. Loved the stay here. Just that the room pictures are computer generated, the actual view is different. The hotel should change that as the actual view is not bad either and the rooms are amazing.

Overall excellent however property did not except international credit cards. Had to find an atm and get cash to pay the bill… this was very inconvenient

Location is far off if you want to be in Pune city If you want to go to Hinjewadi IT park or Mumbai this location is perfect From Pune airport which is nearby Pune old city it takes 1 hour to reach this hotel

One day stay but enjoyed it, property is locked in a good place accessible from bus taxi , car & rikshaw. Very clean & tidy property, all staff members are very cooperative & ready to help to all time. Food verities of veg and non veg options both the people will enjoy it . Breakfast is very tasty. Enjoyed overall stay at Essentia premier hotel.

Rooms are quite good, specious, clean. Really good value for the money, location is quite good. Food is excellent for inroom dining as well as breakfast.

I think some flying inspects were inside ,may need some solution Room has space and may add one comfy sofa towards glass view. It will enhance quality from better to best
