Staff (The heroes): The hero of the hotel is their staff. The staff is beyond friendly, kind, and dedicated. They make sure every single detail caters to your taste. Either it's the hotel manager, or Mr. Peter Samy, or the housekeeping heroes, or the restaurant staff; they were all extremely professional and keen. I made a late check out, then extended my stay due to transportation issues I faced, they were more than helpful and actually provided me with drivers' contact number, they adapted to my sudden changes in a minute like it was no sweat to them. Also, I left at night but they did not over charge me at all, even though they could have. Accommodation: The rooms are clean and vast, Ras Sedr's water is mesmerizing. The beach is only a 2-minute nice walk. The room's view was cool and all the internal facilities were up-to-date. You have a cafeteria by the beach to buy whatever you want and many other shops in the property.

Food quality and variety was the only down side to my stay, other than that it was perfect.

1. The shuttle bus did not work after 9 p.m., and this was not told to us. 2. The fool quality was not very good. 3. There were no variations in the food, breakfast, and dinner used to be set menu. 4. The internet was only in the lobby, and they changed the password every day.

The hotel is very clean and the food is delicious, they have many options. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, so it's perfect to spend a relaxing time over there. The beach and the sea were wonderful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They even helped us when our bus didn't come to pick us up. Thank you Mr. Kamal and all the staff of Golden Beach Resort!

There was nothing we didn't like. We liked everything during our stay. We had a great time at the resort. We hope to come back soon and spend more time there.

A very beautiful place to spend your holiday in, the whole staff of the hotel is so friendly and hospitable, especially the receptionist Mr. AHMAD FATHY, the food is excellent and the cheffs enjoy seeing you endulge their food, the housekeepers are thorough and eefficient.

People there are very friendly.. Mr kamal the manager is so respectful and the guy in the reception. I made late check out and they didnot charge me for anything

I really enjoyed my stay there, special thanks to Mr. Kamal and Mr. Emad and all staff as well. Value for money. Sandy beach is very good. Rooms are good. Food is nice. Smooth checkin. Quite place.
