Good choice for breakfast. Quiet place (only some days in the morning they were ringing the bell in a steeple. You can use the bus to get to the center but it is also possible to walk by foot. Nice room, clean, towels included. First we got a room right next to the elevator but we asked if it would be possible to change because of the noise and they immediately changed it :) Would recommend!

The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable was the toilet which was situated right to the corner of the sink, so for people with longer legs bit harder to get there but not impossible, just a detail :D

Impeccable cleanliness, we felt safe. An extra comfort was given by the heat from the radiators. The balcony was big, large yard with parking spaces. Very good communication via WhatsApp

The smallest hotel room I've ever encountered, but for one night, it worked. There was no kettle for boiling water for tea or coffee, not even a glass to drink something. Nothing. Luckily we always have our own

The location is nice if you are here for work near the outside of the city like I was, or if you simply want to be away from the city a bit. Staff were friendly and accommodating, it was clean. Not much to complain about.

Location isn't great if you want to see the city. Breakfast didn't contain much that wasn't very sweet, though this is a preference (and probably a cultural difference too). Wifi was quite bad, disconnected me several times.

Nice room with а balcony. There is a small fridge. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The bus stop is right next to the hotel (on arrival). The bus stop to the center is a 10-minute walk away. Note that public transport stops operating at 20:30. A taxi from the Leaning Tower to the hotel cost 12 euros.

The location of the property is one of the best things about it! You can see the beautiful hills right from the balcony. The free buffet breakfast was quite decent as well.

We were a bit disappointed with the size of the room and the bathroom as both were quite small for 2 people to stay/use. Also, the hotel is listed as a 3-star property on booking.com - but given the facilities and the overall look-and-feel, it does not come across as one. Most of the staff is unable to converse in English which makes it slightly difficult for foreigners (like ourselves) - but they do make an effort, which is quite heartening to see.

The staff was very nice and helpfull with us. There are a really rich breakfast offers, for the price we paied for it it was better we thought. The ladies cleaned our room every day, which is also a big plus point for them. We got what we thought for this price.

It is not a luxus hotel, but everything was fine for us. We mostly travelled around Pisa, didn't stayed too much time at the hotel. Only one thing is that it is far from the center, so the night travel is little bit tricky, but it is not the fault of the hotel. :)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is optimal for relaxing away from the noise of the city. There is a bus stop a couple steps away from the hotel which allows easy movement to/from the city center. The room was equipped with everything one could need like mini-fridge, tv, balcony among other necessities.

I am very pleased with my stay - the hotel is very clean, the equipment in the room is fully functional, the breakfast is delicious (especially the cakes), the hotel staff is professional and very friendly - they helped me solve an issue, for which I am very grateful!!! It was my second visit (I was also very pleased with the first visit). I intend to come back here - it's an exceptionally good hotel!

I am very pleased with my stay.

Quiet place, no noise at night. The staff was very friendly, we could leave our luggage after check out time for free. You also can buy the breakfast in the morning if you need one (there is everything needed for it, buffet type of breakfast). The bathroom and room itself were nice and clean. There was a fridge in the room which was super helpful in June. The location is not central but we knew about it, so we took a bus (the bus stop is near the hotel).

It’d be great to have some glasses or cups in the room🙂

Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Small continental breakfast with plant based drink options (one day rice drink or soya drink, another day almond drink etc.). But breakfast overall very good. Shopping facilities like Penny and Lidl close by. Penny walkable distance.

Location quite outside Pisa, although no problem with a car. There are also bus lines around (13,14) to city centre and train station. One way bus ticket costs €1.50 for 70 minutes.
