It is close to the Becici promenade, restaurants and beach. The Kamenovo beach is better than Becici and the apparment is also at a walking distance to it. The apparment is new and beds and bathroom are very confortable. Parking is available. There is a supermarket close to the appartments.

We were assigned two appartments below the swimming pool level and they told us the building was 100% ocuppied and there was no posibility of changing our apparments, The higher floor appartments will have stunning seaviews. The kitchen is very small to cook. It only serves to prepare the breakfast. It is inside a wardrobe. We didn´t use the swimming pool. It is quite small. You need a car to go the the Budva old town.

I loved this place so much that I had the best holiday because of staying here. If I ever return I will 100% stay in this hotel. The location is perfect by the beach. The suite is so so so quiet due to sound proofing, so clean, and the most amazing comfortable beds/rooms to sleep in. The sea view balcony is amazing. The shower is amazing too, and kitchen as well. On top of that, staff are so helpful and honestly always responsive. I had the best time and actually extended my stay because it was so enjoyable.

Woman at the reception was super friendly. I'm grateful for the early check-in, this saved us one full day of vacations. Great combination of price and amenities. The pool at the hotel was helpful while there were waves at the sea. I enjoyed swimming in the clean water with the nice view. AC is wisely located not directly over the bed, this allows to turn it on even at night. Room service was also helpful. There were all needed things in the room like iron and drying rack. And I liked the balcony view. Would stay again. 11 out of 10!

Good location near the beach in Becici. Not so far to walk to Budva either. Great staff and opening hours in the reception. Really nice apartments.

Not so very much. There is some construction going on nearby the building. Didn’t disturb but could be a nicer view around the building.

Great studio apartment just a minute away from the beach, I had a room with the sea view, and it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for a week's stay. There is a swimming pool downstairs with the sea view, it was very nice to chill there at the end of the day. The property is very close to the restaurants and supermarkets, really great place to stay.

The only issue I had was the noise, all the floors are tiled and there was no door between the entrance and the room, meaning I could hear everything happening in the corridor and in the nearby rooms (even though neighbors were not loud). So if you are a light sleeper you might want to check with the property if they have options with better soundproof first.

The staff was very welcoming, the room was spotless, well appointed , nice patio furniture, well stocked kitchen, large size fridge. The bed was a bit soft but comfortable and a matter of preference really. The pool looked nice, we didn't use it and not sure if it is heated. Pretty views between buildings and could see the sunset.

The beach is nice to look at but a bit dirty and smelled of sewage on some spots - obviously not the hotel's fault! But from a location standpoint there's a nearby grocery and some restaurants which is great to have.

Very nice modern apartment which had never been used before. Furniture was very modern and comfortable, shower was excellent. The facilities were very good and the apartment very secure.

The staff on reception seemed a little inexperienced and issues raised were unresolved. They refused to give our passports back until we had paid, I have never experienced this before. There was an issue with their card machine trying to pay and they said it was my 'problem'. Apartment kitchen was very under supplied for 4 people. A new apartment block is being built right in front of this block which has severely reduced the sea view.

Perfect location! Excellent beach close nearby. Very modern and new apartments with all necessary equipment.

Wifi is almost absent. It was working very badly during the whole stay. Telling the problem to the reception didn’t help.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was well worth the price, even though it might look a little bit more expensive that other alternatives in the surrounding area. The building is brand new and is just a stone’s throw from the sea. We had an apartment on the very last floor and it was marvelous. You can have breakfast with the view of the sea without any surrounding noise from the beach below. The only disadvantage was a construction site just next to the building. Sometimes it was quite noisy and dusty. The apartment itself was light and spacious, just the way it was shown on the pictures. Everything inside was brand new and clean. We were also very satisfied with the staff: our receptionists Nicoletta, her sister and our cleaning lady who contributed to our great stay. At the very first day we complained about the absence of a small mirror for the make up and the next day they organized it and brought to our room. It feels like apartment owners and staff take a good care of their clients. We can definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Comfort, the sea view, the cleanliness, and the parking.

The apartment was missing some essentials for cooking dinner. The frying pan and pot were too small, and there wasn't a proper bowl for making a salad.
