The facilities were all very clean and new. Very up to date amenities. Perfect for a family, solo or couple! All of the staff were extremely hospitable and courteous. Sethu especially made our stay very comfortable and tended to our every need.

Location was pretty far from Allepey, around 45 minute taxi journey. The food options were quite limited.

Lovely little place tucked away in rural Kerala and right on the lake! Rustic, charming and authentic Kerala style hotel made for a memorable stay. The food options were limited but delicious. Breakfast was amazing. Special mention to Sethu - the property manager - and his staff who took great care of us while being polite and helpful.

The location is remote and there's nothing around - not even a convenience store or medical store which means you're dependent on the hotel and staff for any daily needs, food, etc. The overall lighting in the resort could be better in the evenings - it was a bit too dark and subdued.

The resort was beautifully adorned with enchanting lights for the festive season, creating a magical and dreamy ambiance that felt straight out of fairytale. The resort is simply amazing, offering serene backwater views and luxurious, top-notch rooms that perfectly capture the authentic Kerala vibe. The hospitality here is second to none, truly the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff, especially Mr.Sethusugunan went above and beyond to make every moment of our stay extraordinary. When we were stranded on an island due to a sudden rainstorm during a Shikari boat ride, the resort staff didn’t hesitate to rescue us. They picked us up, arranged a delicious dinner, and even ensured our safe return. The genuine kindness and humility of the staff were incredibly touching. It’s refreshing to know such wonderful people still exist in this world. We experienced Kerala Vibes at its finest over this stay. From the stunning backwater views to the thoughtful decor and heartfelt service, this resort perfectly embodies the charm of Kerala. This resort is a slice of paradise, especially during the festive season an unforgettable experience filled with beauty, care, and magic.

Nothing about the stay and hospitality Just a tip, please arrange rental car or bike for easier accessibility of things or places. Something i am going to do next time when I visit this place with my family

Super friendly staff. amazing quiet spot next to the lake and homely food. if you need a super relaxed place to stay, close your eyes and go for it. Used be owned by some royal family from the Middle East as a summer home. and you can clearly see that it was intended that way. right next to the lake and the bird sanctuary.

This is not what I didn't like but more for people to be aware. Please do not expect a restaurant service that you would normally expect in a typical hotel and resort (a proper menu for each meal of the day for instance). Tell them early what you need and when you need it and they will get it for you. they are super helpful and understanding and will go out of their way to make it happen.

Everything about our stay was just perfect! The boat ride through the backwaters right in front of the property was such a special experience, and we loved spending time by the beautiful pool. Chotu, the adorable property dog, completely stole our hearts! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the architecture of the place was absolutely stunning. It all came together to create the most relaxing and memorable getaway—we already can’t wait to come back!

This place is like a tropical dream. We loved every second of our stay here, it was the highlight of our trip. The staff were amazing and helped us arrange everything from a boat cruises and massages to transport and dinners. Special shout out to Sadhu who was so warm and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this place more! It’s beautiful and the food was delicious too.

Beautiful, serene location (other than the music from the nearby temple). Nice clean rooms & pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Limited food choices, and quality wasn't great given how nice the place was in comparison. The nearby temple also made a lot of noise in the middle of the night since it was festival time, so woke us up, but assume there's not much they can do about that.

We had amazing made to order Breakfast. All the staff was very curteous. They made us feel at home.. if you are a nature lover person, you would definitely like this resort. It was located right on the bank of Lake Vyambanad.. overall one of the finest experience of my life.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly, polite and kind. They addressed all our requirements very well and promptly. The service was excellent, especially Manu, and the food was delicious too.

If you're looking for a resort vacation, this property has only 4-5 rooms and is good for a cosy, private stay.

Lovely bungalow with beautiful antique pieces and huge garden situated right in front of the backwaters. Staff was exceptional in making us feel right at home and kerela cuisine options was also good. Special mention to Sethu who showed us around Alleppey and made us feel like a local. He was the reason we extended out stay for extra 2 days and ended up making a great friendship with. Highly recommend this place which is unlike the usual resort experience.
