Fast and Reliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi in our room was fast and reliable, which was a pleasant surprise compared to our experiences at other five-star hotels. Outstanding Service: The service from the reception, bellboys, doormen, and housekeeping was exceptional, contributing significantly to our enjoyment.

Location: The hotel is not close to any major attractions or shopping malls, making it less suitable for those who prefer to explore on foot or be within walking distance of popular sites.

The breakfast is unbelievable good !! There are anything you want! And many vegan and vegetarian options too! The pool is very nice with an amazing view. The room is big with enough space for luggages which you can’t have in every hotel! The rooms service was 24h and very helpful and fast!

The beds next to the pool were always reserved! In hotel there are many rooms therefore everyone put a towel and reserved a bed next to the pool and no beds were free!

Inspite of the earthquake, we enjoyed our stay since the staff were smiling and accommodating. Having the connection to the BTS was wonderful! We can save our Baht since the sky train is way cheaper than Bolt or Taxi. We were surprised when we saw a birthday cake with the signed card from the Easton Grand Hotel for my brother! What a nice gift!

Situated in the city center with skyscrapers dominating the skyline, including the impressive King Power Mahanakhon building, the Eastin Grand is a visual treat for urban enthusiasts. What sets it apart is its direct connection to the BTS station, providing seamless access to Bangkok's myriad attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional pool on the 14th floor. Overlooking the cityscape at night, the pool area offered a serene escape from the urban hustle. The breathtaking views, especially with the city lights twinkling below, created a memorable experience that added a touch of magic to our evenings. While the hotel's amenities were commendable, our room left us with mixed feelings. The accommodations were rather small, making it less than ideal for a family with a child. Despite this, the room was well-appointed and featured modern decor. Although cozy, the limited space may pose a challenge for families seeking more room to move around comfortably. The staff at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn were consistently friendly and helpful. Their warm demeanor and eagerness to assist created a positive atmosphere throughout our stay. From check-in to dining recommendations, their hospitality contributed to a welcoming experience. The breakfast offerings at the hotel were varied and delicious, catering to a range of tastes. The staff are excellent here and were always ready to help no matter what. I requested a firm bed and they were able to provide it, including any other necessities like an ironing table and an iron. housekeeping really took good care of the rooms and replace the sheets and towels every day. I especially liked the rooftop bar with the infinity pool and the Italian restaurant at Tito’s, which serve really good veggie food. Room service was excellent and the hot food was always available no matter what time of the day even into wee hours of the night like 3 AM 4 AM they made vegetarian food exceptions for me with extra extra care to make it without fish sauce for example. there’s a pretty good gym with new equipment alongside the Infiniti pool and a smoking area beside. I had a good connection with the concierge as well who gave me his personal number so that I could get a taxi at any point in time. They were extremely helpful in getting me there to my airport on time. if you get the premier rooms, they also give you a complementary cards so that you can get drinks with snacks everyday from 5:30 to 7:30 which is great. The waitresses were always really nice and service was top-notch and the views are some of the best city skylines out there.

The location is a bit off-center, but it’s directly connected to the BTS line so if you’re on that line, it makes sense but remember that there’s also another metro line and they’re not connected which makes travel a bit complicated and I had to take cabs every time I need to go any place other than BTS. The breakfast buffet lacked vegetarian options and was hard to navigate during rush periods. Oh and the traffic can really be a pain during office worker commute hours.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Having never visited Bangkok or even Thailand before this hotel came recommended to me and it exceeded all expectations I had. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed and has incredible views of the city. Our room was spacious, again with fabulous views and all the facilities we needed plus more! We also had access to the executive lounge on the 32nd floor, this was incredible, with great drinks and really delightful selection of great food. We could have easily just dinned there each night. I made a point to thank the chef for an incredible Pumpkin soup! The hotel is also connected directly to the BTS which is very handy. I think however what excelled this hotel to one of my top 10 ever visited was the staff. Coming from Europe I was blown away by just how friendly and helpful every staff member was, from arrival to departure we were looked after like we were royals. It was also done so genuinely. We had asked for a specific room as it was my partner's birthday and we wanted something special. Not only did we have exactly what we asked for, they had welcomed us with balloons and a 'Happy Birthday' creation on the bed that must have taken lots of time to prepare, a birthday cake and a Happy Birthday note which had been personally signed by at least 10 members of the team. It really created a most memorable trip for us and we are truly thankful.

I cannot recall anything that I did not like. I guess if I must make a criticism, the operation of the lifts was slightly difficult. They have a very safe system so only people who are staying on each floor can access it so therefore if you are in a busy lift and ask someone else to press for your floor, they can't you, need to put your card in the reader, this is fine once 'mastered' but on many occasion, we did not do this in time, especially as we mostly were moving one floor from 32 to 31.

Nothing significant to mention; the experience was overwhelmingly positive. This hotel exceeded expectations, and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok.

Everything was great; infinity pool, bar, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great food / breakfast with lot of options, well equipped gym, direct access to metro & taxis. If you wish, you can also access large centres like Icon Siam by walking.

A decent 5-star hotel with a great location, easily accessible by metro in all directions, a good varied breakfast and very friendly staff....Of course, the pool is large with lots of sun, but it only accommodates a handful of guests because there are no enough sun loungers fot that holidays time...

Considering it's 5 stars, the breakfast could have been even more extensive. For example, I missed avocado, mango, a glass of prosecco or sparkling wine, salmon, a little more original sushi, or to raise it to a slightly more luxurious level, especially now during these festive times, because we paid double or triple the price for the room. I would also like to note that it will be necessary to slowly start renovating the rooms, because they already look a little old considering the luxury they advertise... it may also be a little annoying to wait for the elevators during rush hour, but if you avoid these times, there is no problem...
