Casa San Blas is in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly, especially the ladies who make the scrumptious breakfast daily. Loved the outdoor seating area on the terrace outside of my suite. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in this delightful boutique hotel. They even kept my luggage during a trek as I stayed here before and after it. I would 100% stay in one of their suites again!

Very kind staff, all of them! Delicious breakfast, super freshly made. Such a charming hotel with a nice and typical decoration; very Peruvian. Unique attentions, such as mulled wine or a dream catcher! Good quality toiletry products; it felt very boutique indeed. Plenty of filtered water available. My standard room was spacious. I like this bohemian area a lot. It's on top of a hill but quieter than downtown with plenty of design shops and good-quality bars and restaurants. The terrace is super nice! And I slept well on the good quality mattress.

My window didn't open on the outside, but on a covered courtyard, so there was no natural air, almost no breeze coming in and no natural light. I didn't like that it felt a bit claustrophobic at first, I wasn't expecting it as it's not shown on the room description. I was on the ground floor and I could hear some noisy American tourists speaking loudly in the corridors or at reception, but luckily they didn't last all night!

Beautiful, great service and great breakfast. Level of service and quality by far exceeded expectation and was excellent value for money. Unique and quaint hotel. Loved the patio outside the rooms and view from bedroom. Also enjoyed packed breakfasts when leaving early on tours.

Shower ran out of hot water fast and water never really got super warm. I do think this was an issue in several places we stayed at and may be related to Cusco plumbing in general or some other issue as it was not unique to this accommodation (unless we got super unlucky)

Everything, beds are large and soft , plenty of pillows and blankets, great hot water and pressure . Breakfast was great and when we had early tours had a lunch pack ready at the front counter. 200 meters away from the centre square , 15 min taxi from airport. Property has a balcony upstairs with views of the valley . The Staff were excellent

The kitchen staff went above and beyond to provide a great variety every day. Fresh fruit, baked goodies, eggs any style and most important "great coffee " Aida was a ray of sunshine greeting you every morning! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as if we where at home.

Nothing this place is a true gem tucked away from the hustle of the city. Super friendly and helpful. A surprise in the evening with hot water bottles delivered to our room. It just doesn't get any better than that!

We arrived to be given a room that pretty much opened onto reception. But in all honesty it was super quiet. Room was well heated, and needed, given how the temperature drops at night. Nice touch of hot water bottles in the beds. Breakfast was lovely and they always had breakfast boxes ready if you were heading off early. Location is wonderful, a few minutes form the main square.

Very comfortable and quaint boutique hotel! We loved all of the character and sweet touches to each room. The breakfast was great as well as the customer service. Wonderful and tranquil location.

The only aspect about the hotel that we didn't love is that most of the rooms face into an inner space and when the windows are open, you can easily hear conversations and noise from other rooms. This was rarely a problem except for when one couple was taking a shower and talking loudly, we heard everythng they were saying at 10:30pm!

Helpful staff that scheduled me a taxi to the airport, booked me a massage and stored my luggage when I arrived early.

The road in front of the hotel is very narrow so tour buses would not pick me up. I always had to walk a block or more (uphill/downhill) to catch a tour. The taxi did; however, did pick me up since it was a car. Despite the vehicle troubles, I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the Plaza de Armas & was a nice area.

It’s a nice hotel boutique with a special style. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very kind.

The check out time is too early at 10.00 am. The staff kindly allowed me to stay an extra half hour in the room to pack. But keep in mind that most of the travelers go to Cusco for holidays, I arrived at 2.00 am because of delays in the train from Machu Picchu and I couldn’t sleep enough time.

We had the suite which included a big bedroom, big room which served as kitchen and dining room and a big bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower, 2 sinks. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, 4 mins walk from the main square. The stuff was very nice and helpful with information for our upcoming Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu. We had to use their oxygen bottles (which was for free) as we struggled with the altitude at the beginning.

The breakfast room was very tiny.
