I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Admiralty. I did not find any aspects of my stay to be disagreeable. This establishment effortlessly provides a five-star experience, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable. I was warmly greeted by Charlotte, who is an exceptional individual. The actual space is even more impressive than the pictures depict, and it is situated in a tranquil section of the area. Despite its peaceful location, it is still within walking distance of several restaurants and amenities. I appreciated the convenience of having a garage with a small convenience store across the road for snacks, but it is worth noting that Boardwalk is just a short distance away from the establishment. I was particularly delighted by the thoughtful touches, such as the muffins and cappuccino that were available outside of breakfast hours. I value excellent service, and I must say that I had an incredibly restful sleep. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean.

The fact that I was only booked for one night, But other than that, everything was perfect!

We loved the overall atmosphere and decor of the place. It was both beautiful and very functional. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The place felt safe too.

The were some minor issues with the leaking sink and shower faucet. It did not bother us much, but the leakage from the sink into the under-sink cabinet caused some bed smell. Also, it would be a pity to let these items corrode further. The owners should take care of these matters as soon as possible.

We had a very warm welcome. Jo, Alan and their team were friendly and helpful. The beach cottage was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was lots of space in the cottage and a lovely, comfortable, shaded seat by the door and a choice of pools! The breakfast room and sitting areas in the main guest house were beautiful too. An excellent breakfast with a great choice, super omelette and amazing breakfast muffins.

Everything. We stayed in the Cottage which is situated in a very quiet part of Summerstrand and is spotlessly clean. Jo and Allen are fantastic hosts and very friendly and professional. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in many 5 * hotels and Admiralty Beach House compares very favourably with the best. The breakfast was cooked to order and really good and we will, if we visit PE again, definitely stay here again.

We love staying at Admiralty Guesthouse. The location is wonderful, just up from the beachfront. You can hear and smell the ocean. The rooms are luxurious and have everything you need. They are big and very comfortable. The breakfast is divine - a selection for everyone. The staff go beyond their call of duty to make your stay an experience to remember. We will be back for sure!

A top sheet is always a must for us.

Rooms are large and comfortable with a well stock honesty fridge. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was good but not many options. Parking is secure. Very convenient for the airport which is only 10-15mins drive away.

The area is not the prettiest and not many restaurants nearby (although Charlies was excellent for burgers, pizza and pasta). We were advised not to walk around after dark.

The owners and staff are very friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of options and attentive service. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I found it so peaceful. We arrived early and left late and we could use the facilities to leave our luggage and relax at the pool. This was a real bonus.

It was the perfect guesthouse, warm welcome , very comfortable well appointed rooms . Decor was beautiful & everything provided. Outdoor areas were so nice but unfortunately weather was poor so we were unable to use the pool or patio area . Breakfast was excellent too, buffet & cooked with wide selection. I would highly recommend this property to couples , singles & families

Loved everything!

Lovely owners and staff, always helpful and super friendly, taking good care of the guests. Lovely interior (and exterior) design! Very tasty breakfast. Loved that there was a BBQ we could use. (Stayed at the cottage)

There were some ants in the house, but other than that everything was very clean!

Our first stay and it felt like home away from home. Everything was tip top - the breakfast, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the cleaning service.. Also friendly owners. Close to the beach. Two of the accommodations are at their own property so if you stay there and you want to go to the pool, breakfast or reception you need to walk five minutes.
