Altogether we were really satisfied with the apartment: - The studio is lovely and modern, really spacious, light and well equipped. - Everything was very clean! - The bathroom is extraordinary with enough space in the bathroom cabinet. - It is great, how much space is in the wardrobe and in the cupboards! - The view from the appartment (14th floor) was amazing and we enjoyed every evening the sunset! - We were satisfied with the price for this apartment - concerning the high quality and the location in Stockholm. -The location is really good connected to the center (only three stations with Pendeltag-train) and to other parts of the City! We had to walk about 350 meters to the Älfsjö-Station. Very close to the apartment (30 m) was also a bus station. - A supermarket "COOP" is located near Älfsjö-Station (about 350 m) from the apartment house. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!

- The only problem was, that the air condition was blowing to strong and right towards the bed near the window. This was uncomfortable and caused a stiff neck. It would be better to change the direction, so that it blows more towards the ceiling. It would be good if one could turn off the ventilation or at least reduce it. We understand, that on the 14th floor the window cannot be opened.

A very good, spacious studio apartment with views from the 14th floor. I was kept updated about my stay and information about Stockholm from the outset by Katherine from Customer Services. This was very useful to me as i have never been to Stockholm before. Check in and check out were very smooth without any issues. Alvsjo is a 10 minute commute on the commuter train from Stockholm Central. So, even though it is not quite central, you don't feel like it! The Coop is like 4 minutes away by walking, where you can buy anything. The Alvsjo train station is 5 minutes away from the apartment. I would highly recommend this for any solo travellers who have never been to Stockholm before and i would definitely stay here the next time i go back to Stockholm!

Nothing much really. I went in the middle of July when the whole of Scandinavia were experiencing a heat wave with temperatures above 30C! So, the room was a bit warm for my liking, even though the AC was on. But i didn't inform the customer services about it as it wasn't that bad. Hopefully, it would e a much cooler weather when i go back soon!

Overall a good enough stay. Quiet, convenient location, clean, warm bathroom floor, full size fridge freezer and enough cooking utensils.

I stayed in the studio - The kettle and coffee maker were left on the dining table but there were no power sockets anywhere near it. No sockets above the kitchen worktop either. So I had to put both devices on the floor to reach the sockets! Surely a small cabinet or shelf could be made for the purpose, so people don't have to make their drinks on the floor?! Or run an extension cable, at least. Also, a pack of salt and sugar would've been helpful. They don't cost much, but just imagine the waste if every hotel guest has to buy a new lot - and then it all gets thrown away, surely it would make sense to just leave some in the rooms? Luckily you can buy a small bottle of cooking olive oil in Coop.

It was ok for the value. I recomment to purchase parking in advance especially if you are not from Sweden and not familiar with the parking signs. The parking people are vicious and can give you a ticket if you was two minutes away from your car. Also there is not staff of anyone to talk with. If you call the phone number they provided someone picks up the phone and speaks English with you.

The property was ok. But they need to reserve the few parking spots in front of the hotel for guest to drop off and load the luggage. If you come with your car or even a taxi there is nowhere to park.

Apartment met all our expectation. Small ish but we expected that, clean, with all necessaries to feel at home and easy to access. Just 5 minutes walk form Älvsjö train station, which is 2 stops away from Stockholm city station ( well soundproof so you can't hear any of the passing trains). You can get to the Älvsjö and the apartments by catching bus 579 or 583 from Sky terminal (Terminal 5) on Arlanda airport to Märsta station and from there - Commuter train ( Pendeltåg ) lines 41 or 42 to Älvsjö which all together takes about 1 hour. It is important to get SL card (Stocholms public transport) - the plastic card itself is 20 krones and for 7 days the pass is 430 krones. You can buy the card from some of the many Pressbyrån shop. The SL card then can be used for trains, busses, trams, metro and commuter boats between some of the islands. All in all great apartment , very good location and we had lovely time in Stockholm.

Nothing to mention

Overall the room is very nice and spacious. There is all needed kitchen equipment, with big fridge+freezer and a lot of storage both for food and clothes. You can also do your laundry and drying for free. Location is very nice, the train station is very close (5-7 mins on foot) and there is a big supermarket right at the station. In total it's 10mins or so to get to the Stockholm central.

There were no garbage separation, although there were three bins in the kitchen, there was only one common trash bin for the building. We also ordered a welcome package, but the contents were not worth the price. It would also be nice if the bedside tables were a bit bigger, otherwise you can barely fit your phone and glass of water there.

Great value for money: 15 minutes by train to Stockholm yet the peacefulness of the peripheral town and a great price! My mom liked almost everything: the smoothness of communication, the cleanliness of the facilities, the location (stores and the train station nearby). We had a very comfortable stay and plan to return one day!

The first two nights were on the cold side, even with the heater. I did make sure a heater is provided (apparently, some rooms don't have it), we also come from a cold country and, still, we didn't feel 100% okay with the temperature. We did stay in early December but the weather wasn't too cold, making us wonder if the inside temperature drops lower when it's -15/-20 outside. Otherwise, all good!

Clean cozy room, good beds, good view, comfortable system with codes on the doors. A train and a supermarket are near the apartment, so you can easily get to the sity and by grosseries. Good kitchen stuff

You can not contact the staff easily if you want. There is the phone number in all the instructions, but how can I call if I'm from abroad. They answer mails within 24 hours, which is not comfortable. There is no clear instruction on how to use personal heating. It was cold in the room some nights, and I had to sleep in clothes. Quite far away from center if you like to walk around the new city. High price for such accommodation

Very convenient location and accessibility. Kitchen had all the supplies (pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, even strainer), which was awesome! Hair dryer, ironing board was included. Extra towels and blankets etc. Even though train station was nearby, the sound isolation on windows worked its magic and it was barely hearable. Very amazing service for the price!

The air quality of the room was a bit off, we all got a headache day 1, but after opening the windows everything seemed fine. Also since the shower drain is same level as floor, floor might get flooded a bit. But no worries, there's a squeegee for that and it is warm, so it dries quickly.

Everything is new and renovated, the room has absolutely everything, including an iron and a microwave. Comfortable and big room. The view from the apartment is amazing. We were most impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, as well as the comfort of the bed and pillows. Better than some hotel rooms! The metro station is a 3-minute walk away and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. The supermarket is also 3 minutes away. We liked it and will come back again! :) All recommendations from the heart!
