The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the comfort.

Found out when we checked in that they were under construction so the elevator was often occupied by workers so had to use the stairs. Luckily I was on the 3rd floor so the stairs weren’t a problem but I knew someone on the 9th floor. Breakfast wasn’t great either and I found it pricey.

The location, the kind staff, the good bed, the spacious room.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in my room. But otherwise, it was perfect.

The decor was what I liked the best, especially the bathroom and the lobby. The location is excellent: right in front of the streetcar stop. Very proper 3-star hotel. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant! When I interacted with staff they were great. Also, other guests were making noise in the hall so I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone to take care of it.

Sometimes desk staff was absent when I had a question. One major suggestion: hotel should give customers the choice of how often they want their room cleaned. I asked twice for my room to not be cleaned, but this request was ignored. This can lower costs and be better for the environment (not replacing my soap each day.)

Room was a nice size and the hotel’s location was perfect, right across from a streetcar stop on St. Charles. The lobby and bar area are very nice. The room was clean.

The blanket was very thin and I was cold most nights. They did not provide any extra blankets. The plumbing in the bathroom was weird. The toilet handle was installed upside down and the hot and cold water were reversed. (Room 712 if management wants to know.) There was only one person serving breakfast most days so if it was busy service was very slow. They need an extra server for busy times, like weekends during Mardi Gras.

Bar was very pleasant.

A bit shocked to be charged $75 per pet per night. I had just stayed in a Tru by Hilton that charged $75 per night for two pets. As far as I know I would not have been charged an additional $75 if I had stayed a second night. I was told ( only upon arrival) that the Tonnelle would charge $75 each - a bit late to make other plans. TV channels were limited. Would have liked at least coffee, if not some additional breakfast items, in the lobby in the morning.

The location is the draw -- it's right off the St. Charles street car line and close to downtown. The room was nice and comfortable; the staff / valets were very friendly and helpful.

It takes some close looking, but room furniture is worn and things are a tad rough around the edges. It's good value for money, though. Even though it was convenient, the parking cost was pricey. And (something I need to follow up with): it appears was double charged for my room, having booked it / paid here on Booking, then being charged again when giving my card for the "deposit" that was supposed to be removed after my stay.

The room was a great size, and the location was perfect. It was nice having access to everything. It was our first time in the area, but we were able to maneuver using the street cars and by walking. The area is very beautiful as well with the trees and different foliage.

Having a restaurant and bar on location was great but it would have been a bonus to have a fixed rate for guests. The room didn't have a fridge or microwave which was a little different than we're used to at other hotels.

service was really wonderful, from the front desk to the her restaurant, to accounting They are undergoing renovations as noted by the signs and the progress seen in the elevator. We were not disturbed by any noise. The sliding door to the bathroom did not slide properly so we just left it half open. The lights on one side of bathroom mirror were out and the living room furniture was ok but a bit sparse without sleeper sofa The sofa was too small to sleep on The bedroom was huge and beds comfy. We were on the 4 th floor with a view of St Charles street which was great!

At first look once we got into the room, I was a little worried about quality The bathroom door was off track and had scratches at the base ( from a dog ?) and half the mirror lights were out ( on one side) HOWEVER, the service was wonderful and friendly. I am not hesitating to rebook this hotel for our next trip

Facility was very clean and smelled clean. the guys for Valet we awesome! one of the guys can't think of is name went above and beyond due to a error. I would stay at this location again

the entrance to the hotel which I know is not something that can be fixed. but there is a curb that's in the way

The King Suite City View was perfect! Great size with sitting area. Room was really clean and bed was very comfortable. My husband and I said to each other multiple times how quiet the hotel was which was amazing!

Would have liked a mini fridge in the room but that will not keep me from staying.
