We stayed in rooms 223 and 224. Room 223- The room was extremely quiet! Almost no road noise etc. The occupancy was not terribly high at that time so almost no one moving past my door. The cleaning Staff was so friendly and did an amazing job on my room. The office staff went above and beyond allowing us a very early check in (9:30am instead of 4:00pm) as we had arrived early for our conference. In addition, on the day we checked out they allowed us to leave our vehicle parked there for the remainder of the day while we finished our conference. We so appreciated their flexibility. Check in and check out were a breeze! The location was amazing! I really enjoyed the walks along the lake and easy access to some wonderful restaurants.....Wayne and Freda was great!!!

The bed was a bit hard, but I slept better than I thought I would.

The Location is fantastic because it’s in front of the okanagan lake and the view from our balcony is outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel’s prime location- right in the heart of everything, like dining, sightseeing, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient spot. The staffs were another standout- friendly, helpful and always available to make sure everything went smoothly. You can really tell they care about making you stay as comfortable as possible.

Nothing we didn’t like, with the unbeaten price and location all we can say it was an absolutely incredible experience we had.

The location is excellent. And it is very quiet at that end of the beach.the bed is very comfortable. We loved that we got clean towels every day.

The living room is a little shabby and the floors in the kitchen and bath room were not clean . The oven drawer where the pans were was also dirty. To the staff’s credit they did clean things when they were brought to their attention. The bathroom screen fell out on to the ground and they did fix it but the screen was full of grass as it fell behind the property on the lawn. The staff are very nice nice .

They have a pool and coin op laundry on site

The pull out couches are all broken. It would be nice to see some new ones we stay there usually once a year. We had a unit with no carpet this time, and they should change them all to that, as the carpet is gross. However, the stay is always great, and the staff is super helpful and very nice. This is the main reason we love to stay the staff.

The Slumberlodge is fairly basic on the outside but the room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, very good sheets and pillows and excellent shower water pressure. Air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust. The staff checking me in and out were professional, pleasant and patient. The location couldn’t be better, literally steps from the beach. A great coffee shoppe, Wayne & Freda, is just around the corner and there are several good restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Nothing! Everything was great.

The bed was fantastic! Our room had a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, a whole bunch of drawers, extra parking around back, first floor room (my mom has a walker), food recommendations, etc. and BONUS -- right across the street from the beach and Tickleberry's ice cream! Really liked everything :)

The people upstairs seemed to be doing gymnastics until fairly late in the evening but that isn't the hotel's fault or anything that could really be changed. We bought earplugs.

The motel was located right across the street from Okanagan beach so there was easy access to swimming as well as to beautiful morning walks. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The front desk staff were friendly.

Access to a broom to sweep the laminate floors would have been nice. After walking on the beach, sand was easy to bring into the room and there was no way to sweep it up. Also, there was in-room coffee, but no tea.

The location is just a steps away from the beach . We’ve had one bedroom with two double beds kitchen and living room bathroom. Kitchen was good size it was equipped with everything you need to make small meals,breakfast etc . It was just perfect for me and my two granddaughters. The staff was very friendly and helpful constantly asking if you need anything my coffee maker wasn’t working when we got there but they gave me new one right away which was awesome. Location is excellent we walked out of our room and we just crossed the street and were on the beach . The lodge has also inside pool and barbecues if you need it. We will definitely coming back next year.

The location was perfect! Literally right across the street from the lake/beach. So many restaurants within an easy walk. Kitchen facilities were much appreciated when traveling with children.

Whole unit being air conditioned not just kitchen/living area. Bedrooms would have better served with ceiling fans rather than just floor fans. It was difficult to sleep when temps were 34-38c all week.

Fantastic location close to restaurants & shopping & across the road from the lake . Great cooking facilities & lots of space .

Our unit was downstairs & one night was very noisy from people upstairs . Parking was cery random & sometimes difficult to get ….a problem when travelling with babies & young children. It would be better if units had assigned parking. Lounge in unit was broken & impossible to sit on
