Enjoyable stay and a fantastic location, especially for places like Malibu beach. Two 7/11's close by along with array of useful shops and restaurants. Just yards from the front entrance you can get a boat to beautiful Bottle Beach. Special thanks to the manager as I injured my leg just a day before coming to stay at Viva and after going to hospital and having to use crutches she kindly moved me to a downstairs room so I did not have to negotiate any stairs which for the remainder of my stay was a a real help.

I felt very very comfortable in this place! Single room is so spacious, has big bed, table, fridge, balcony! The hotel is situated right on the beach, location is amazing! And the beach is amazing. Area is surrounded by local restaurants, massage salons, two 7eleven supermarkets, there is also Paradise waterfall in walking distance from Viva hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful! I have only positive impressions of my stay here! Thanks 🙏

Everything is perfect

Simple, clean, friendly people that run the place. In the same dead end street (to the beach) good food and the massage at the corner is very good!

The amenities and facilities were very nice and clean. The view and location was amazing! Especially loved the balcony. The staff were great with cleaning the room for us during our stay.

The smell of sewer from the bathroom was very strong and unpleasant. It was hard to handle and a bit nauseating. It was a very large room and a big area to cool off, so having a fan or two would have been very nice. Also to help with the smell. Maybe some air freshener as well.

The hotel is old, the furniture and plumbing are in disgusting condition. Dirty walls, springs stick out in the mattress and it is absolutely impossible to sleep. The pillows are very thin, the bed linen is stained. Wi-Fi doesn't work, only from the pizzeria at the reception
