Travelling with family, perfect location, Deluxe Bungalow on the beach, not many people at this beach, very very friendly staff, good restaurant on the beach, all day open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very nice and clean pool.

Tourist taxi service is a pain in general. THB 200-250 per person from the port is too expensive compared to normal taxi prices in Thailand. Even the hotel charges THB 500 for 2 adults and a child. This is something that could be improved. Please include pick up service in the price.

A wonderful resort, surrounded by nature, trees, flowers. Just a few minutes walk to a very nice beach. Hotel restaurant on the sea shore, very tasty food, a large selection. The hotel room was clean and tidy.

Hotel location. It's quite a drive to the city center of the island. It is necessary to rent a scooter, without it, it is like having no hands on the island. Since Tuk Tuk doesn't run, you won't be able to call anyone with GRAB either. Another minus is that one of the employees at the registration hardly speaks English, it was difficult to communicate, but her other colleague knew English very well.

Lovely quiet spot. Our bungalow was just off the beach. Great snorkelling in the bay. We originally booked a fan room but asked to change as was right in front of where the scooters are parked. They upgraded us into an air con room with tea kettle and fridge. Very nice of them! Next time I would just book that type of room instead. Big pool allow we never swam in it as always in the sea. Good at the beach bar was very good.

Nothing. If you want a cheaper meal go to the street that runs parallel to the beach. A few restaurants that are much cheaper there. And good.

Beautiful place by the beach with friendly staff and dogs Lamb and Chukra :) Room was spotless and cleaned everyday, the staff was lovely and helpful and the pool is amazing. All in all, good choice to stay in when in Koh Phangan, 100% recommended.

Location was great, a short stroll along the beach to Koh Ma. The beach massage was good. The restaurant was good but a better one can be found at the end of the beach, just near Koh Ma. Scooter hire available around the corner. 250 baht/day. Cheap and fun way to tour the island. A good selection of amenities close by. Tops (like 7/11) nearby. Wang Sai Zipline short walk away. Great for the adventurous. We did the bridge walk and 4 ziplines package B for 1500 baht - very exhilarating.

Pool lights weren't turned on at night. Maybe if we'd asked, they would have put them on. Restaurant was good but staff not very attentive. Best seafood fried rice (with fried egg on top) is at restaurant near Koh Ma - at the end of the beach. Expensive transport all over the island. No taxi meter. Hire a motorbike instead. Not much to grumble about at all.

Look no further on Koh Pha Ngan(The easy going version of Koh Samui.) Located at the most beautiful beach Mae Haad with the best snorkling spots. The extremely friendly staff, more than excellent kitchen and the very nice pool and pool view rooms will ensure the best possible stay on the island. Don't forget to enjoy a professional massage at the beach ! We initially booked only two nights but stayed for a week. Scooters are easily booked at the reception, the rental place is just a few hundred meters away. Every place on the island is within easy reach(30mins). The very friendly lady owner will be able to arrange anything for you, trips, excursions and even ferrytickets at odd times and hotel transfer. After you pass reception you can walk bare feet everywhere which tremendously adds to the relaxed beach experience. Mickey the barman will make sure you have good time, tell you where to snorkel and his wife will give you the best massage afterwards. We have had the best stay here in all of Thailand, a true paradise. Enjoy !

We can't think of anything that could have been better. Maybe the sometimes rude behaviour of the many Israelian guests.

Lovely clean, spacious rooms. We had a pool side villa - really nice - even had a nice balcony/porch area with lovely table and chairs. The beach bar and restaurant are both really good - great standard of food and drinks! LOVED the Thai massage beds right on the beach.

Not a huge issue but the location is really quiet. Suited us but if you're looking for night life/variety of restaurants, this wouldn't be the place for you. We were there for 3 nights and dined in the (only) 3 local restaurants and they were fabulous. Very peaceful area

Amazing Pool, deluxe pool bungalows amazing and value for money, right on mae Haad beach, location quiet and tucked away yet close moped ride to restaurants 7/11 and bars etc

The staff at check in were rude and a bit useless. All over the place, just stared at me for 10 minutes when we walked in with our luggage before coming over to check us in. Whilst waiting for our room key went for brunch at the restaurant/beach bar was served a salmon bagel on a mouldy bun, night before check out went to reception to ask if they could give me a number or organise a taxi - the response was go to the hotel next door they might have a phone number. Cleaning staff were lovely though, cannot fault them friendly and very thorough and polite/smiley. I’d say unless booking the deluxe bungalows on the much more modern side of the property probably give it a miss.

Very simple bungalows on maybe one of the best beaches on Koh Phangan. Nice food and a fabulous Pool. Staff very helpful

It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room. I did not like the instructions about not to bring food into the room. We did not but some people may like a snack in their balcony. Although the Supermarket has an area outside to eat if you do buy snacks.

Ive stayed at the new bungalows, all looks very nice and well maintained. I do feel they missed an opportunity to nail this as the showers are very poor, while the bungalows are fairly new. Everyday you get new toilet paper, coffee and tea. Which was funny as after 9 nights you end up with quite the selection. They did fix my airconditioning within an hour so that was very pleasant.

Can be a bit more environmentally conscious, no need to change the towels every other day. The walk from the parking to the bungalows is a bit annoying as at night there is not really light.
