Direct access to the beach, breakfast a la carte menu was simple but had everything you needed (oats, fruits, toast, eggs etc.). Beautiful beach and ocean water quality was great, blue waters, amazing snorkeling and fish in the sea. You can also enjoy massages on the beach.

You had to pay for the sunbeds on the beach. Given that we stayed during high season I felt the restaurant had too few people working there, it took very long sometimes to order food and staff was not very alert. I guess they are making super long days, which is a lot in the heat. They work incredibly hard but if there was more staff I can imagine they can work with less pressure.

I stayed here with my wife’s and son after an Airbnb didn’t work out, so we booked last minute. Overall my experience here was positive. I found the staff friendly, and helpful. We were served quickly whenever we ordered food. Rooms were cleaned daily. I think they likely have a team to keep the beach clean as we found the beach was nice and free of trash that you unfortunately find in other parts of the island. We did see a couple of stray dogs but they don’t encourage strays and have a sign encouraging you not to interact. It wasn’t a big issue at all. A couple of good restaurants and a great grocery store within short walking distance. Prices very reasonable. You could also get your laundry done there at reasonable prices. Quite a lot of other guests so the beach was never empty, however the guests were respectful of others and not noisy or ‘party’ people. Beach itself was very scenic and an excellent way to see Ko Mah and walk across the sand barrier to the close by island. Fantastic large pool.

Quite isolated with only a few options for dining.

Great resort to be on while on Koh Phangan. Very quiet family type resort. Beautiful beach just steps away from your room with a decent restaurant on the beach as well. Just outside the resort there's a convenience store. The closest 7 eleven is a bit of a ways away to be fair, definitely need a scooter staying here. There's an expensive weed shop on the resort as well if you need bud.

Asked the staff to change my bed from 2 singles to a King (which Is what I booked) and they refused so I stayed 7 nights on 2 singles which is whatever but just don't understand why they offer the king bed if they can't do it, hahaha super strange.

We had a beachfront bungalow and it was great. From the front door there was a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Snorkeling was possibly the best we experienced in Thailand as well, just walking out from our room. Every morning the staff cleaned the beaches of washed in debris and fallen leaves/branches.

There was no beach furniture - we were lying on towels on the sand. That could be improved. They offered some closer to the hotel restaurant, but there was no reason for us to go there from our room.

Beautiful room and very nice that you're right on the beach. The welcome was very friendly. It feels like you're sleeping in the middle of nowhere, but there are still a few shops and a very good restaurant (Praya) nearby. We had a delicious breakfast in the resort's restaurant right on the beach. We took a pleasant, but very hot, walk to the small peninsula of Koh Ma.

Lunch at the poolside restaurant was a huge disappointment. We ate elsewhere for dinner. Another disappointment was the large, crowded atmosphere, which made it feel less personal. When we arrived, all the poolside loungers were occupied (with people or towels). We found the pool water too warm to swim in. While the hotel can't do much about that, it does make it less comfortable.

Loved everything, a remote location with all the essentials around. Mini mart, couple restaurants, bike rent and the most amazing snorkelling and diving spot. Hotel was really nice, staff very helpful and friendly, amazing swimming pool, and the whole area just clean and tidy. The only downside was the concept of the bathroom with sliding doors, for a couple it would not be a problem, but for a family it was a bit inconvenient with finding the best way to keep them open and closed. Also I wish the shower and toilet would have separate entrance, or at least additional door.

We had two double rooms (not bungalow) which were very nice and had everything we could think of including sitting areas, a balcony, etc. Also the pool was fantastic: very big and just the right depth for swimming and standing (ca. 1.3 m). The location basically on the beach was also ok and there are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance.

The beach itself looks better on pictures than in reality. In fact we spend very little time here and instead used the car to explore the rest of the island. Sadet beach for instance looks much better.

The pool of the hotel is modern, nice and big with amazing views to the nearby Koh Ma island. The hotel also provided laundry service and motorbike rental, which was really convenient. We had booked on of the cheaper rooms, which meant that we were staying in the same building where the reception was. This was a rather basic building in comparison to the houses by the beach but the room was saved by the great view to the neighbouring hotel.

The bathroom design wasn't the most functional and the hotel didn't have an option to order breakfast. The room itself was decent but starting to age a little.

we got in early to the island and they had our room already to go. Girls at desk were great and helpful. room was great. a/c was fabulous. cleaned every day. we read reviews that were so bad, but we had a great experience.

it was a little far from the action. so you only have a few choices for food. Big O was great and good prices. the resorts were ok but charge tax. the restaurant at resort wasn’t bad, the waiters aren’t that great but once you learn where they are from, it changes your thoughts. overall a good place to stay.
