New property with a great breakfast. Beds are very comfy. My only complaint is about housekeeping. We checked in on Wednesday, the night before Thanksgiving. We got back to the room Thursday night and the bed was not made and towels were still in the floor. I asked the front desk and was told they don’t have housekeeping on holidays, which seems very odd. Anyway, we requested housekeeping for the next day and once again, no housekeeping. The front desk gave us new towels so it would deter me from staying there again, but to be told there’s no housekeeping on holidays seemed odd.

Nothing, the property was great.

After a 7 hour drive we needed a place to crash and we found the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Fort Collins. Everything was so tidy, and well taken care of. Love the decor, it's clean but cozy. Staff is very friendly. Next day we went down late for breakfast and they were already breaking down the service but the lovely lady waited for us to get some food and she even makes us some waffles before putting everything away. Breakfast had fresh fruit salad which is always very nice. Love it

I was meant to arrive around 2pm ,got held up with flights and arrived after midnight. Staff were so helpful and understanding. With the 24 hour check in was a savour.

Breakfast was basic hotel food but coffee wasn’t very good. I liked the view from the pool but it was super cold. The room was relatively quiet. The room was really clean. That’s the best thing.

Could hear others down the halls doors, heard the people above us for a few minutes walking around. The fire alarm was right by the bed and kept flashing brightly. There was a giant draft by the heater. Water pressure sucks

The room was comfortable with good WIFI and abundant outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in a large room with options to satisfy everyone.

The swimming pool and hot tub were out of order. The exercise room had several options, but I found two of the machines were out of order.

One of the newest hotels in Ft.Collins. Friendly and helpful staff,quiet location and great beds for comfy sleep, nice bathroom with large shower. Great breakfast selection. 4 miutes to WalMart or Costco, Target, Five Guys and the Dollar store. 10-15 minutes away from downtown Ft. Collins

Rooms are on the smaller side, family travellers with four suitcases and four carry on luggage have not much space to hang jackets or store shoes or suitcases away.

Easy access from I25. Easy walking distance to a few good restaurants. Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The water pressure was poor, the water was lukewarm on the hottest setting. The hot tub was out of order.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well- prepared. Did not have to ask for extra towels or pillows. Pool indoors made it nice for littles to play without getting sunburned

Mattress was a bit too firm, and pillows were too soft. Had to stack the pillows for any neck support

The breakfast was fine and your coffee was excellent. Meat didn't look very appetizing, otherwise it was good. The lady who was in charge was very friendly and helpful. Liked her alot. Location was perfect so we could walk at the series of lakes and ponds in the area. Beds were awesome and comfortable. Our favorite restaurant was across the parking lot, D.C. Oakes.

Everything was exceptional.. There wasnt anything that I could think of.

Great hotel, everything was fantastic except for the hot tub was down but other than that, it was great!

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, excellent shower and very comfortable beds.
