Very close to the bazaar. No need for taxis or public transportation.

The room was very small, but it did the trick. Definitely time for the hotel to invest in better sheets, blankets, towels and pillows. This would make a huge difference.

This hotel matched my expectations incredibly, the staff were very welcoming and kind, the food was various and I liked the fact it was 100% Turkish and freshly made, even though the room I took was a bit small, it was very practical. Considering the value for money, the services and amenities were worth the price. Thus, I will definitely rebook in this hotel next time.

The place offers all the basic needs, Adequate room/bathroom size, good wifi, clean room/facilities, standard middle-eastern buffet breakfast. Location is close to Metro and several options for cafe/groceries/restaurants (one block from Istanbul University).

The stay was fine in general. Only main issue was that there was no hot water one day (no info on reason). Sometimes the elevator door was kept open, so it cannot be used. Breakfast is at the cafe next door.

Good position, very close to Vezneciler Metro and Laleli Tram station. Quite ok breakfast, although it was not ready at 8:00 as it should: eggs, omelet, cheese, salami, salad, three types of olives, butter, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, speak English. A lot of cheap places nearby to eat when you return from the city

Coffee was only "instant", not espresso, at breakfast The only disadvantage is the size of the room and toilet, they are quite small, with not so much space for cloths in the room or space to sit on the toilet.

I liked that the property was very close to a lot of the mosques, University, Grand Bazaar and very close to ferry ports. The receptionist staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. On the first night, I ended up disturbing another room without realising how soft the walls are in the hotel so the lady started shouting at me in a foreign language and was very angry, despite my apology she wasn’t happy. Understandable. I am not sure how, but the receptionist that night Abdullah (apology if I have spelled it wrong) came over and tried to defuse the situation and was very protective towards me and even offered to move me to another room. Abdullah even asked the next evening if the lady had said anything more to me, which was a caring follow up after a difficult situation. So thank you for that wonderful service Abdullah. During the day, there was Reyvshan (apology if I spelled it wrong) was also very approachable, friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast included in our stay and the breakfast was good too. The lentil soup was the best! Overall, it was a great stay at the hotel with some great people working there and it’s very close to the heart of Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little tight on space, but for a short stay it was not too much of an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the metro station. Our room (303) is facing the street. It is not really a big problem, sometimes there is a bastard making noise with the motorbike at night, but it happens everywhere. THE STAFF IS LOVELY!!! especially the lady at the reception. They were very helpful with us every single day. The breakfast is a bit basic but enough for a bite in the morning. I loved the olives and the feta kind cheese. there are also boiled eggs. freshly boiled everyday. We hope we can go back to this hotel in our next visit to Istanbul. A big big big thanks to the staff.

If possible, I would improve the mattress. We believe it has a topper that doesn't fit the mattress. Anyway, minor detail.

Hotel is nice , staff are also very friendly they r always helpful. Book the Taxi for me with good price when I back , also recommended the taxi person they booked . Nice taxi man during they stay I found , JazakAllah, best The location was very nice MasAllah .. it’s near 5 min walk to Sulaimani mosque and 15 min walk Grand Bazer . About 25 min walk Topakapi palace and blue mosque , Great value for money . They didn’t charge me extra for my children’s . For family it was great advantage feels comfortable . you get everything next , ALHUMDULLIAH.

Nothing at All

All the staff members were very helpful. Special mention of Ulvi, Abdullah, and Roushen.

Although the hotel was quite clean and tidy, yet it wasn't well maintained. Inside the room (quadruple) and toilet, there were things broken but weren't fixed. The lift was too small, and the breakfast area wasn't accessible. The staff helped me to move up and down the stairs.

This was my third stay at the Queen Hotel and my first since the renovation, and I must say it was absolutely amazing. From the affordable price to the perfect location, and the incredibly friendly staff, everything exceeded my expectations. We arrived at 9:30 AM, well before the official check-in time, yet we were immediately given a ready room and even offered breakfast—a rare courtesy in hotels. The breakfast was delightful and the dining area impeccably clean. The value for the service provided is outstanding. I highly recommend the Queen Hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
