The property had amazing views . The infinity Pool at Sunset was unreal . The food and cocktails were amazing love it

There a big hill to get up to the hotel . There is a free shuttle bus until 5PM

The staff were so friendly, especially the restaurant waiters. You could book taxi and order room service via Whatsapp. Resort offers massages and sauna and steam room. Infinity pool area was beautiful and had amazing sunsets. Room was spotless and large, it was cleaned daily by staff. They offer a daily shuttle to secret beach and can pick you up from the bottom of the hill. Hotel is up a steep hill but it’s walkable to the nearby 7-11 and cafes/restaurants.

Loved the design and cleanliness and available staff on WhatsApp (most times) and how we can book tickets to anything needed. Always tried to help. Loved morning yoga and pool.

These are super important: * location is good but super high there in the hill and it’s so dangerous for those who don’t really drive bikes. Also I came back with my bike around 10.30 pm and a dog attacked me on the way up the hill and I almost lost control over bike. * WiFi sometimes doesn’t work * Shower must be fixed! There’s no balance either cold water or super hot boiling water without option for just hot normal water. And the flow is very basic. * wish the drinks for guests in the morning would include ice tea - it’s Thailand and it’s hot after all

We loved the view from the very spacious apartment, the infinity pool and the very friendly assistance from the reception. We came in low season so the resort was quiet and peaceful.

The apartment we had was not finished and missed some elements Iike the shower cabin. We were not impressed with the kitchen extraction system - the cooking smells filled in the eating area. The unencrypted Internet was also not great. TV was not usable because of that.

Beautiful infinity pool, clean rooms and welcoming staff. Always available and ready to help. The renovations are not so bad, some noise only after 10:00am. All other parts of the hotel quiet and chill. Great experience highly recommended.

The pool and service, also there is minimal bugs and the place is super clean

Amazing hotel, loved the pool and the view. Staff were very friendly and helpful/attentive. Rooms were a great size, beautifully decorated and clean. Especially loved the veranda and garden outside our room.

The major downside for me was the western food from restaurant, I feel the food really let down the resort and could massively be improved. The menu had good options and was reasonably priced, however the fried food tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while, and just wasn't great quality. I'm not sure what the Thai food was like as I didn't try it, but maybe I should have stuck with that! I feel that this resort could really excel if they got a new chef in and improved their food.

An amazing, quiet stay in the jungle with an incredible sunset view from the pool. The staff were super helpful — they offered free rides to the Secret Beach area and were always happy to assist, including the pool bar and restaurant team. The room was well maintained, and the whole experience gave me a real sense of peace in a lush, jungle setting — yet it’s still pretty close to everything. A very good balance between nature and convenience.

The noise isolation between rooms was decent but could be improved. The location isn’t super convenient if you don’t ride a motorbike — though that’s on me for not planning ahead. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around the pool area. I had an issue with the water temperature in the shower, which kept alternating between cold and warm. It took a few requests until it was properly fixed.

Sunset Hill is a fantastic resort. We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Probably the crown jewel of the experience is the incredible view. It's breathtaking. It's one of the nicest views you can get in the area, especially from any resort. The pool is awesome, and with the view in the background, just an amazing way to start your time in Koh Pha-ngan. The restaurant has some delicious options, especially the Thai food. The prices are very reasonable. Room service is a simple 10% charge on the bill, making it a convenient and relatively affordable option as well. The rooms are really sizeable, and some offer both a tub and a shower. Ours also had a wrap-around balcony that was truly pleasant. We had dinner on the balcony almost every night. It was a really lovely way to end the day and unwind. Beds are comfy, especially if you like relatively firm mattresses (but not too firm!). The staff is truly delightful. They helped us often if we had anything we needed and responded immediately to any request. They are available through Whatsapp, which just makes it super easy to communicate with them. Overall, this place is an absolute steal. For the price we paid, we were floored at how great this place was. I highly recommend to anyone considering it. BONUS: Srithanu is a great area and there is A LOT going on near the hotel. Awesome spot.

The only minor complaint is that the hotel offers an ice bath and sauna experience a few times a week. We were excited to try, but unfortunately the ice bath isn't really an ice bath, just a cold water bath. It would be great if they actually got.. ice. The sauna is incredible, however, and we still had a nice evening :)
