The staff here are incredibly professional and helpful. From the smiles at the front desk to the friendly conversation with the pool manager, we felt safe and in good hands. The cleaning staff too were exceptionally helpful - they worked quickly while never invading our privacy. Our cleaner duo Shahid and Arshath were always available whenever we needed anything. Trustworthy, as well! The breakfast spread each day is fresh and packed with super healthy fruits, veggies, and local cuisine. We had friends over for dinner at the hotel restaurant several times and received lots of compliments. Thank you so much Luxe Grand Hotel! We will be back!

-Great and Friendly reception (my children found them nice). - The apartment was big and comfortable. -Good breakfast ( good quality food with different option to select from) -The elevator was fast. -They have complimentary tea and coffee in the reception. -Location is fine. 15 Min walk to reach to Safir supermarket

-Washroom facility was not the best (need to fix the hungers, they might add curtain to prevent the water to leak to the ground). - Room service was not the best (they put less towels/ papers, they come late and they ask a lot of questions). - In the kitchen, not enough dishes, knives, fork and spoons. -They gave us 1 small water bottle (0.5 L). Other hotels usually give either big one (1.5L) or 2-3 small ones (0.5L) for apartments .

Spacious one bedroom and bathroom apartment, large open lounge, kitchen and dining area. Kid friendly and room service was very good. On a few occasions we requested the cleaning/room service, it was very good and the cleaners make an effort to check all is okay. Telephone room service was very good and the various staff would help with all our enquiries. Swimming pool was lovely. The restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was always good every day. We had a great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Local mall has a kids play area, plenty of shops. Reception were great at organising taxis for us.

Sharjah is not particularly pedestrian friendly, so if you’re new to the UAE, Google Maps won’t always give you the quickest route by foot. It’s quite sandy locally so don’t wear your best shoes!

Breakfast was delicious and huge array of delicious pastries too! The hospitality is excellent and the staff are friendly!Sales Manager Essam was brilliant from the very beginning he fetched us from the airport and showed us the best hospitality. Kate & Rehman and their Manager from the restaurant were so helpful and kind to us, service with a smile. Housekeeping team was amazing Beena, Sujesh and Manager Manoj ensured our apartment was cleaned daily and went the extra mile! Overall 5 stars!

Reception and security staff were very friendly. the location is ok but a little far from the restaurants.

there was some maintenance in the hotels for our last week which always interrupted our sleep. also bathrooms need fixing as the water levelling is not good so water doesn’t drain easily. The playground for kids need some maintenance as there are broken pieces could be harmful for kids. the cleaning staff must be reminded to take their shoes off when they are cleaning the carpets as kids tend to play on the carpet and put their face on it.

Overall, the customer service was impeccable, the staff was always friendly and always willing to help The room was huge and beautiful, well equipped and very simple with modernized furnishing. It was so comfortable it felt like you was at home. The hotel had a lovely pool, with canopy, which allowed certain area of the pool to be cool so it’s bearable especially in the Dubai heat. But the best thing about the hotel was it was nice and quite, whilst in the room which was nice and relaxing Nothing was to much for the staff, especially Shahid he was ever so helpful and cleaned the room impeccable he was also so polite as well as being professional in his job ensuring that I was always satisfied From the restaurant staff, to the management again were friendly and overly helpful, it felt genuine and you felt so welcomed, what more can I say, but well done!. I really enjoyed my stay. It is so worthy of five star establishment.
