The location was great, walking distance to mamak restaurants and Medan Selera (Foodcourt). Receptionist is friendly. Booked superior double room since we need to have a window. Room at level 2 got lift which is great. Kudos to the room service team because the room was very clean. They even provide clean sejadah at the floor entrance. Soft instrumental music like u r at luxury hotel 😊.

It's beside the main road and sometimes it can get too noisy. Also, there are a few items hotel able to improve 1. Mirror feels cheap, had hard time to look into it. 2. Room lighting too dim.

The rooms are super clean. The lobby is super clean. The hallways are super clean. The internet is free, and the signal is so strong inside the rooms. Yes, inside the rooms! The lobby is on the second floor which makes it safe because the area can be quiet and dark at night. The lift works well and is convenient for the elderly and wheelchair. The area is quiet and calm.

The area is in the middle of town and can be busy to drive to. The access road is tricky and if you miss the junction, you will have to make a big turn around town to get back to that same junction to enter the hotel area. The area is in a shop lot or backlot with many homeless (and mentally ill) people - so be careful! They do not have covered parking, and the parking is shared with the public. The hotel still (yes, still) requires you to pay deposit in CASH. I mean, come on, we are in 2024, lady!

The room is big, the location has easy access to everywhere

1. Too noisy. I can hear people talking quite loudly, and opening their door. 2. The lock was too simple, it used a key and the inside lock inside my room is faulty. I always get jumpy whenever I hear someone opening the door to the other room. 3. No water heater (to drink) inside the room. They provide flask but have to go get hot water all the way in front of the lobby, it's quite a walk and it's quite inconvenient. It'd be better if it was in the middle of the hallway instead...

Good location. Even next to main road but guests can have peace & quiet stay as most of the rooms are not facing the main road. Walking distance to eatery places & shops. During the latest visit, my room is facing the KTM track - we enjoyed the view of trains passing by.

Room that I stayed have include portable hair dryer, Milo & Aik Cheong coffee 3 in 1 mini packets and F&N mineral bottles. Coway provided outside of the room. For middle range price hotel like this with great amenities, I really recommended to family with 4 people (adults), the room itself quite large so you can bring your own mattress for kids, and the room is very clean.

Please provide main plug for single bed at the window side.

I like that the property is located at the corner end of the shop lot area, where it has ample parking space. the room is clean, bathroom no doubt is small but clean. The receptionist is friendly. KFC and other eatery shops are just at walking distance. The hotel's location is across the road, opposite of SP Plaza

the walls in the hotel is very thin as we could hear people talking and making noise in the middle of the night, rather disrupting our sleep

The road to the hotel is a bit confusing even though it is located next to the main road.

SP Central's room is huge. It is clean and quiet. We had a great sleep. The staffs are great and welcomes you with warmth. It is located close to the iconic SP clock tower which is great for us to go anywhere within SP. Value for money. Totally love it.

so far everything is good, in future you might want to provide floor mat outside the bathroom, since the floor room quite slippery when contact with water.

Spacious space for prayer, comfy bed, coway in every floor, there's an ironing section with big and wide well maintained and functioning iron
