Very clean, new , excellent breakfast, Nice view. All smart home

No place to keep language,second raw from sea street, 30 steps to go down to street. If you do not have care you have to know this.

The apartment (number 2) was excellently thought and laid out. We arrived late at night and had great instructions about entry. The narrow street is a dead end and wide enough for one car to pass at a time. There is a boom gate just before you get to the apartment if you are driving - so arrange for someone to explain how to have it lifted. Lovely view. The serve a platter of breakfast at 9am in the morning to your room. Great airconditioning.

The shampoo holder fell out of the wall in the shower in the middle of the night.

Quiet location, slept without any street noise or from people. It was close to bars, shops and restaurants - 8 minute walk from the market. The apartment was super clean, everything was spotless. The bed and the pillows were so, so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Toiletries were of a good quality. The view of the marina was lovely, very nice having a small balcony. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Water pressure in the shower was great. The apartment was decorated very tastefully, and the lighting was on point.

There should be a lighter duvet for the summer. A kitchen towel would be handy. The breakfast could have better quality ingredients, expected it to be nicer for the price we paid. Since there is no reception at the apartments, a simple guide with information regarding bus times, good restaurants, tours, things to do, ect would de ideal. It would be a good idea to have a coffee machine with real coffee capsules.

Lovely modern apartment with great views over the ferry port and Çaliş in the distance. Access to the property is through codes which you are given just before arrival. The only contact you have with any staff is the lady who brings your breakfast, which is simple but enjoyable.

The only negative thing we experienced was that payment was taken twice and they were not very forthcoming in returning the money incorrectly taken. In the end we contacted our own bank for a chargeback.

Location was perfect. Not far from the old city and marina but perfect distance to be away from the noise. The room was stunning, clean, airy, great view, modern. Staff were really pleasant and smiling which makes a difference.

Be wary if you have a car as parking can be difficult as its a very narrow street but wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Would happily book again here.

This is one of the best boutique hotel by the marina. Whoever did the design and colour has great tastes. It was comfortable and very nice. The decor is soothing and not overdone. It’s very clean. Great duvet covers and enough kitchenware for cooking your own meals which we did. It’s close to everything. AND THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR.

It could use a little more storage for your clothes but it’s still comfortable.

Very nice location, amazing balcony views, and good spot for two people travelling. Responsive hosts. Good cleanliness and even with tempeartures up to 35 degrees, AC wasn't really needed.

More variety in terms of breakfast would have been great - we stayed 10 nights and got precisely the same breakfast every day.

Great location with a great view from the balcony. The property was clean and spacious and offered all amenities required. Bed was extremely comfortable. A few minutes walk from marina, old town, market and local bars, nightlife. Good value for money

Nothing to dislike. Only improvements I would recommend would be black out blinds in the bedroom.

The view is stunning. The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Location is very good. Also having breakfast in the basket was actually very convenient. The host is very thoughtful. Getting into the property was easy.

The security light right over the bed. Bit annoying at night. Fortunately I use an eye mask for sleep and it didn’t bother me much.

Great location directly in front of the port where the Ferries arrive from Greece. The hotel is perched up a hill above the port and the room had a nice balcony with a view. The A/C works well and the shower water pressure is good/ wifi is good also. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. My room had a small kicthenette and a nice seating area.

There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage to the upper floor, please take note. Everything is keypad number entry coded, but the response time with the host is quick if there is a problem with the entry code into the building. My room was a bit noisy from other guests next door with their incessant loud talking. Noisy at times from outside. To access the hotel from the street level directly across the port to to your left, there is a steep iron staircase (which is slippery when wet) leading to the small upper road where the hotel is located. You may also access the hotel from the upper road by car or taxi from the other end which is several hundred meters away from the main road as it ramps up to the hotel.
