It’s a beautiful building/ architecture. The service was good and room comfortable. I was unwell during on of the days and they had doctor on call I could talk too and they got me antibiotics and medicines really fast. Was impressed with the service and they have nice food options and bar had a lot of variety of snacks and drinks. The pool are was refreshing

We pay the price to stay for few days and on certain days certain times the facilities are not there. Such as areas restricted because of VVIP visits or pool area all reserved off for events, this was unpleasant because we paid for the facilities to use the place and it’s restricted for different reasons and different days. Apologies aren’t really good enough since it’s not like we get anything nice in return since we paid full price for the stay.

Extremely helpful staff especially the lady who checked me in and then out. I have never seen such a cheerful staff in a hotel. She was always smiling unfortunately I don’t remember her name otherwise I would have written it here so that she got the credit.

Everything else in the room was okay just the carpets in the corridors need changing as they were giving a very musty smell.

I really like the good vibes of intercontinental. Food was great and looking forward to coming back with friends and family for the buffet.

Everything was so far good enough. But I noticed when the employees talk with each other they aren't polite enough and sometimes could hear rough bengali which is inappropriate I guess for an IHG hotel. And We want to see more smiley face from check in to check out.

Decor and work ethic of staff. Quality of food especially in room dining was great. Staff were accommodating and friendly which is important to a good stay at a hotel.

Housekeeping require a bit more training on cleanliness such as cleaning the shower glass as it wasn’t cleaned during the 7 days stay. vacuuming the carpet daily instead of every 2-3 days as bits of paper, food etc was still on the floor upon return to the room. Just minor details but overall a lovely hotel.

Mr. Galib in the reception was the best ever. He was sooo helpful. He really cares about the guests' requests. He made my stay excellent and easy going. He always gives the best advice. However, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast have verity of choices that would meet everyone.

the room service was the most expensive price that I experienced in any hotel all over the world compared to the prices in a very fancy restaurants in Dhaka.

The InterContinental Hotels and Resorts in Dhaka demonstrates what a 5-star institution looks and feels like. From the warm check-in smile of Ms. Roy at the front desk to the professionalism of security and services staff. My short visit in Dhaka would not be the same experience without the safety, comfort, and care of all the staff at the InterContinental Hotels and Resorts in Dhaka.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool. Amazing restaurants and cafes. Great facilities. Overall a real wonderful place to spend time.

Almost nothing I didn’t like, but if I had to list anything, I would say behind the bed was a little dusty and the shower pressure was quite weak. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

- low temperature on the hot water in the shower - shower pressure low - restaurants and services are extremly pricey compared to other 5 stars hotels in dhaka - receptionist when checking in was a bit rude, did not provide information regarding the hotel. - traffic to dhaka is very heavy, however this area is the most extreme. if you are coming from airport for 1 night stay this is probably not the right place to stay.

SUPERB PLACE AND QUIET. ALL STAFFS ARE WELL TRAINED TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING MY STAY. BOTH RESTAURANT WERE SUPERB. I PERSONALLY FEELS TO RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. ROOM ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AT ALL TIME.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Comparing with what my friends have said about other hotels, this is one of the best hotels in Dhaka.
