The generous size of the room with adequate self catering facilities including a fridge and kettle, toaster etc.. Exceptionally quiet within the hotel. The breakfast option was varied and generous. Our room had a very generous balcony and alternatively there was a solarium on the 4th floor. We were able to check in earlier than stated.

The location is at the end of the built up area above the town with no nearby bars and restaurants. A public lift from the town centre up to the high level is useful but has limited operational hours and otherwise a steep 15 minute walk up is necessary. The night-time lighting nearby is poor. The reception is not manned after 8pm, so access is by a key provided by reception on check in. Fans are provided but there is no air conditioning.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The apartment had a great kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is dated but very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on the edge of the city (but the city is tiny). We thought this was great because it was really quiet. Roof terrace with sun loungers overlooking the sea and port. Breakfast was enjoyable. Good selection and included in the price. All in all, this hotel was excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to return. *****

The apartment was very spacious and clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice view from the window, staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. I stayed for three weeks on a business trip and overall had a very pleasant experience!

The neighbourhood is a bit run down, hotel is close to the city center, but one must beware the steep walk up hill, better if you have a car. It was a bit noisy at the night, there were some birds or animals making sqeeky noises right outside the window, dogs barking, cars and port but with the windows closed it was quiet.

Nice apartment with good quality furniture, very spacious, very clean. Good breakfast. Underground parking is convenient. Very friendly staff, we arrived late after delayed ferry arrival, reception stays open later to welcome you, or would arrange lock box self check in in the event you were arriving way too late. We stayed only one night as a transit point but could have stayed longer.

The apartment was big and clean. Nice bath tub and shower. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was a good selection.

The WiFi was not strong and only in a certain location in the apartment. The kitchen was not well equipped, no chopping board and only one sharp knife which was a bread knife with the tip bent.

perfect location for the last night of our holiday. 15 mins to the airport in the morning, locked car park, perfectly acceptable breakfast and easy access to the centre for our last dinner. functional decor, functional suite with everything you needed
