The location was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and spacious - good bathroom and toiletries supplied. Communication with the host was good regarding entry. It was very quiet at night, even though there were many restaurants near by.

It is a large hotel room, not an apartment - it had a coffee machine and a fridge - no cooking facilities or microwave. If you are a couple, the space is quite large. However, if you are not a couple and need the sofa bed make sure that you communicate this the day before (even if you did at the time of booking).

The location was great and close to all amenities such as restaurants and shopping, highly recommend for location.

We only stayed the one night given that we had to embark on a cruise the next day, unfortunately unbeknown to us the shower drain was blocked and as a result it leaked out of the shower base and on to the bathroom floor, the shower slide doors needed attention as they did not slide freely which made it difficult to close. I advised Filippo the host via a WhatsApp message and hope he took it upon himself to get the problem fixed to avoid further discomfort to other guests.

Fantastic location, very easy check-in process (there is no reception so they will give you a code to access). The facilities were very good, AC was decent but I can imagine in peak heat it may not be strong enough. Very spacious, comfortable bed, responsive on WhatsApp. Would definitely stay here again!

Some of the amenities in the apartment were slightly broken but everything still worked! The AC isn’t super strong but it’s decent enough.

The perfect location: within walking distance from both the bus and railway station (cca. 15 mins), in the city centre, 3-4 mins from Piazza Unita' d'Italia. The room had everything we needed for a short stay and it is very cosy and warm. The host Enrika was very helpful and flexible - we did the online check-in, and we got the access code a 1-2 hours before we got there. She offered to leave our luggage once we checked out, which was extremely convenient.

The whole experience. On one point there is something about smooth check in option when everything is keyless so you are not locked on time. When I travel (quick escapes) this is really important because in other cases you can “lose” half of the day for getting in appointment and leaving stuff there on a first day. On the other hand they had really good support so if you need help with anything they are there for you. I think this is a perfect combination

It is a beautiful well-appointed and spacious room with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom, in a great location to see old Trieste. Restaurants around the building were very good, and it was a short walk to the main square, shopping area and waterfront area. Everything was done remotely via codes and emails, and all went smoothly.

We stayed on a weekend night, and the noise from the square and restaurants kept us awake. However, it is the trade-off of being in a great location and it probably depends on the night and what time you go to bed as to whether it may be an issue.

Excellent location in the historic centre, and facing an inner courtyard and thus quiet. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very good.

Access to the room is up some stairs and along a short corridor which has lights that have to be turned on at the switch, so you need a phone or torch to light your way at one point. There was a problem with the wifi and the temporary substitute service was not particularly good. There is no Reception on site, which may unnerve some travellers.

The location was perfect. We were in Apartment 3.

There is no onsite reception, so therefore there is no 24 hour reception. We were lucky when we arrived that the cleaners were still in the apartment as we were a little early. Also there is no mention of communication on the website by WhatsApp only. Communication by WhatsApp gave us the front door code, apartment code and WIFI password.

The apartment is very clean and nicely designed. It is located in a beautiful old building. I liked the view to the roofs of old Trieste and lively street below. There was a some noise coming from the restaurant/street below but by 10pm everything went quiet.

We had to exchange few texts to get a correct name/password to WiFi. The one that was in the instruction was wrong.
