It was a great location and a very clean apartment. Bed was comfy. Nice to have tea and coffee (+nespresso style machine) Entry to the apartment was very straightforward - they send instructions in email and by whatsApp There is some parking for dropping off your kit The parking is very close but it is £15 per day

It's not a big deal but there was little hanging space for towels and washrags in the bathroom. For business use it would be good to have a small table/desk and a chair.

The ease of check in, the apartment is lovely, modern, has everything you could want, location is amazing & considering its in the city centre, it isn't noisy at all. This is my 3rd stay & it never fails to impress, I will be back again!

The only thing I would say, as a woman - not having a mirror & small table to sit & do make up or dry your hair in the bedroom is frustrating. I ended up bringing the random stool from the bedroom downstairs & sat in front of the mirror in the kitchen. Not ideal. I'm only mentioning this as I've stayed in Apartment 1 twice now & thought you should know.

Easy to find comfortable appartment with parking available nearby. 5-10 minutes drive from the M6 motorway. There is a little Tesco 3 minutes walk for your essentials. Unloading parking spot is very convenient. Spotlessly clean throughout and a generous fridge in the kitchen. 2 large flat screen TV's make this a really luxurious appartment for a stop over. Deliveroo covers this area.

I would have liked to be able to check out at 11am instead of 10am. On site parking would be great.

Great centrally located apartment - clean, comfortable and all the amenities you could need. We booked this apartment as we were attending a wedding nearby and the fact everywhere was within no more than a 15 minute walk was a bonus - including the train station, numerous bars, restaurants and pubs. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and handy to know that staff are always at the end of the phone if you have any questions.

The flat was immaculate. The bed extremely comfortable and everything easy to find. The skylights with electric shutters were a lovely touch - I like a room of complete darkness for bedtime.

The wifi was absolutely horrendous. Regularly my devices couldn't connect and streaming was impossible. There were constant cut-outs and errors. Just not good enough when travelling for business and this must be fixed if I am to return.

I liked that there was a lovely sized kitchen, the table was wonderful and suited the apartment well, I was very comfortable and felt at home. I was very impressed with how clean everywhere was and how easily accessible everything was. The shower was lovely and hot and it was lovely and warm in the whole apartment. The location was really nice too, very easy access to town if needed. I will definitely be visiting again.

There weren’t many problems, apart from the difficulty of changing the channel on the television, but it wasn’t too big of a problem and the WiFi kept going off, but I didn’t mind using my data. I don’t have any more complaints.

Lovely, clean, and well-equipped apartment, with super helpful hosts, right in the heart of Lancaster, with easy access to nearby shops, pubs, and restaurants, but in a quiet side street, so, very calm with no disturbance from traffic.

Slightly pricey, but, maybe this is the going rate these days, so, still well worth it!

Great central location and convenience of being able to temporarily park car outside to unpack/pack. Local parking less than 500m away. Only stayed 1 night and arrived quite late, but very strongly recommend and will do so myself. Facilities great and tea/coffee biscuits etc too. Quality towels and equipment.

Not an issue, but some hooks for towels in bathroom would be practical.

Very clean and modern, small place but perfectly formed, great location right in the centre of town. No parking on site but car parks very close. Good facilities - everything you need for a short break. Really cool quirky place.

Could do with some better sound proofing - noise from the young male group next door affected our trip a little. Also fridge quote noisy (which is easy to hear with the logout of the apartment)

Central & convenient location. Perfect for what we needed, as we were travelling through the city, and decided to have an overnight pit-stop in Lancaster. This is an exceptional & spacious property, on two levels, with a mezzanine-level for the bedroom, with sitting-room under, and a double-height kitchen area. It is well-maintained and everything was spotless. TVs above and below; comfy seating.

The accommodation interior was exceptional, and we have nothing negative to say. We bumped into the owner as we were leaving - who was very friendly; and we told him how much we liked his property, adding the only thing it lacked was a tea-towel! The shower-tray is, though, somewhat too shallow to cope with the rain-shower if you have a long-ish shower. We found it got inundated and started to flood the bathroom - but, honestly, it wasn't too much of a problem.
