Where to begin?! This place is amazing - American Southwest (Native), Mexico and Espania in one property. The rooms are huge and comfortable. We were fortunate to have pool and sunset views. (Would have splurged for terrace room, but no pets allowed in those.) HE is absolutely luxury class at affordable prices and family and dog friendly.

Location was fine for driving to very good restaurants nearby, as well as golf and the Heritage Farm (must do), but not walkable. Just be aware.

The property location is perfectly situated to food , shopping and almost all things you could need or want on a getaway. The staff are all professionals , ebullient , considerate and accommodating. The property has two wonderful places to enjoy a meal or cocktails and socializing. Decor is amazing , it makes you feel like you are in Old New Mexico with its Hacienda like feel. Of particular note , my sleep in their bed , was the best sleep. With the very comfy pillows, that had me waking refreshed and ready for the day. Overall my stay was one of the best , I am anxious to return again for another, even longer stay. Muchas Gracìas El Encanto.

This is a great hotel. It has beautiful decoration and details with Mexican influence. The staff was super friendly. We asked if it was possible to have a refrigerator in the room and they brought one! We normally prefer an upper floor room and that was also provided. The hotel has a beautiful store on the ground level that has an excellent variety of gifts, snacks, beverages, and more. We didn't use the pool, because it was a short stay, but it looked fantastic. We would stay there again. The location is also very convenient.

The exterior and lobby were beautiful! The restaurants and bar were so appealing to the eye. The food and drinks are delicious and worth the price. All the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly while they provided excellent service. Whether it was a host, a server, or bartender- they were all wonderful!

Our room was boring and a little dirty. There was a lamp with a burnt out lightbulb. It was dusty and there was a bottle cap right next to the bed. The artwork in our room didn't match the overall theme of the hotel. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room but we thankfully brought a cooler along. There were no available outlets near the bed, which made charging our devices a little inconvenient. The restaurant, bar and pool were closed for the night at 10. It would be nice if at least the bar was open until midnight.

This hotel is wonderful! Sure, it's a little dated (in its own way) but it doesn't take away from the vibe at all. It's a lovely place and we were sad to leave. The rooms were huge, had Netflix, and the staff were super nice.

The only thing was that our A/C didn't work very well. It worked well enough that we didn't complain, but it only went to 69 degrees and never got colder than that. The window did open though, so that was nice.

Very comfortable rooms. The grounds are gorgeous, with lots of paths to walk among beautiful palm trees and flowers. Birds chirping. Wonderful outdoor pool and whirlpool. Inside the motel is elegantly decorated—almost like an impressive art museum. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. A wonderful restaurant serves an amazing dinner. A very nice gift shop as well. My husband has surgery in a nearby hospital. We are from out of town so we come over the day before.

We enjoy everything about this property.

The property was beautiful. The decor made you feel like you stepped into a Mexico city. The fountains and lighting made it feel open and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. I also liked the mild scent choice for toiletries. Made you feel like you were in a spa without the harsh perfume.

We didn’t get to stay long and take advantage of all the amenities so I didn’t have any issues. Will plan to stay longer next trip.

The hotel is beautiful a beautiful site the pool we didn’t get to go in but seemed amazing they do have a bar near the pool. 20 min away from wet n wild depending how fast you drive.

There was hair all over sink that I cleaned and the shower soap holder the remote was sticky which I also clean because I carry alcohol/disinfectant wipes and spray and the bed had makeup on it I just wiped it off and put a towel over it.

What a beautiful jewel this hotel is! I would 100% stay here again. Visually stunning on multiple levels, comfortable beds, wonderful communication from staff…Thank you for a great stay. I enjoyed amazing food from your restaurant (the pasta was top notch) and received great service at the bar with freshly juiced drinks (thanks Skye!). I wish I was in Las Cruces more often, but definitely I look forward to seeking Hotel Encanto out again.

Did not have coffee available in the morning in the lobby as complimentary. Was informed I could buy a coffee from the cafe located inside. I think having coffee available for a specified time frame in the lobby, along with water should be a standard, especially as this hotel is pricier then others in the area.
