We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. We arrived out of hours (after 10.00pm) but Silvia's son Andrea came to greet us and help us settle in. The apartment was everything and more and totally exceeded our expectations. Travelling as a family of 5 we found the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom was fantastic, lots of space with an incredible shower. The apartment was cleaned every 2 days and fresh towels given; plus our ben linen was changed midweek. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre and we enjoyed walking into town under the porticoes. There is also a bus stop just 2 mins walking distance away that takes you into the centre in 10 minutes. Our boys are football mad and there was a fabulous park a 5 minute walk (Giardino Lunetta Gamberini) away where they were able to burn off their energy before our sightseeing adventures and where we were able to get in a few morning runs. A park that catered for everyone! Thanks for everything Silvia & Andrea. Bologna is such a beautiful city, and we hope to be back!🥰😃

The room was spacious, modern and very clean in a lovely building with a small but beautiful garden surrounding it. The neighbourhood was residential and quiet. There was a supermarket very close by, bus stops for buses going to the city centre but also to other directions equally close, and an amazing bakery a stone's throw away. In addition you can walk to the city centre and if you'd prefer to go somewhere closer for a drink or dinner there were restaurants nearby. We also really appreciated the complimentary cookies that were refilled. All our communication with the proprietors were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The apartment was great: very clean, cozy, well equipped and nicely situated, in a quiet street but close to various facilities/shops (such as a bakery etc.) and a bus stop. The hosts, Sylvia and her son Andrea, were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna and would like to come again!

City tax in Bologna (around 4E/person/night), but that has nothing to do with the apartment or the hosts.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 - it is better than the photos : big rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, ACs and smart TVs in both rooms. Bathroom is huge and beautiful, plenty of towels. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything needed to set up a nice dinner; there is also a coffee machine with capsules, coffee was awesome, and a kettle with a big variety of tea. The welcome biscuits and water are a very nice touch ☺️ Host is very kind and helpful, communication was great. We highly recommend B&BO la Fresca. Thank you Silvia!

We don’t have negative comments about the property or the host.

First of all, we had problems with buses in Bologna from the airport, so we arrived late. But that was no problem for the owners. They still checked us and gave us much great advice about restaurants, and buses, and they gave us a little map of Bologna too, which we gladly used as an exploring tool for the best architectural sights and attractions around the city. The room was clean and cozy, with one large bed, but also one small bed nearby if you prefer your own sleeping space. There were small bottles of water ready, and also a coffee machine with capsules, and a couple of tea bags. Entrance to the apartment is by card, meaning that you can enter and leave whenever you want. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood (apart from the cicadas which haunt the whole city), and around 25 minutes walk from the city center, but you can take a bus too. Taking a bus is a shame though, the walks are so amazing. Overall it was an amazing experience, simply an amazing accommodation in an amazing city.

I did not enjoy the pillows that were in the apartment. I got used to them after one night, but my neck did hurt a bit. I haven't seen anyone else complaining though, so it's probably just my own bad experience. My partner slept well too. Another small flaw of the location, all bars nearby close very early (like 8 PM). If you want to have some night fun, you have to be in the city center. Also, you can hear the door and noise every time someone comes to another room in the apartment complex. These all are just minor flaws, again - the accommodation was amazing.

Super nice neighborhood, bus stop is very close and within 20-30 min from most places in town. Supermarkets and stores nearby make it very practical. The rooms were super nice, new, clean and all the facilities were superb. A nice kitchen too, where you can make breakfast and simple meals - they were extra nice and left some cookies, spreads, coffee capsules for us which made it even nicer!

Located in a very calm, quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, the apartment has a big and comfortable bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a living room with extra double bed. It has everything you need to cook and have meals. Very well equiped. Silvia and Andrea welcomed us warmly and made sure we had the best possible stay. Bus Line 11 (among others) takes you to the city center and is located just a few meters away from the apartment. Despite the bus, we went sometimes to the city center by foot and was a very pleasant and easy walk to the city. Two supermarkets and bars nearby. I strong recommend this apartment.

Everything was wonderful. The room was very clean and had everything one might need. Silvia and Andrea were extremely helpful and kind. There was a bus running almost constantly, so getting to the city center was very easy. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting the city!

The location was a bit outside the city centre, but it easy to jump on a bus that went directly to all the attractions. The area had very nice local restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. Not too spacious for five people, but it was okay. Kind host as well.

The hosts are truly amazing! We could ask for anything and we received quick support with all our questions. The room was very clean, new towels everyday, it was quiet, near to bus stop to city center. Coffee machine was in the room, and some biscuits to welcome us. I would recommend this place to every one. If I come back to Bologna I am sure that I return to B&BO La Frasca. Thank you!
