Nona was on the front desk and was both friendly and attentive to our needs. The property was clean and fresh.

The television in 419 would not turn on properly. It required connection to the signal source manually from the set. The source could not be established from the remote. Nona was able to set it and I followed the same steps whenever we wanted to watch something. It worked fine after the proper signal source was connected. It should be configured to always default to TV when powered on.

Breakfast ok not homemade food just store baught and warmed up. Location was nice but getting in and out of parking lot was not good you had to cut through other restaurants parking to get in and out.

Getting in and out was bad. They should not put kids on top floor first night was horrible. Kids jumping on beds and floor lots of noise till 11 pm

Best coffee at a hotel ever! This was my first stay at avid hotels and I will definitely stay at another one. Very clean, smells clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is spacious and I appreciate a walk in shower. Clean lined ice buckets available in the lobby was an unexpected plus.

I couldn't dare complain; my stay was great.

Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner got the room very cool. Bathroom was very clean. layout was easy to maneuver around. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast should have had a little more options like bacon, eggs, or a waffle maker. For the amount paid at this hotel, you could have had 2 rooms and a much better breakfast.

The highlight was the cleanliness and functionality of the bedroom. Very well thought out and attractive decor. The bathroom was immaculate, with good quality soaps and lotions and absolutely spotless. For a pick-up-and-go breakfast it was very good. Plenty of choice and good coffee. Plenty of parking close to the main door.

The seating in the lounge are was very functional and rather uncomfortable.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the snacks on the table when you came in were great I came in hungry, so they were perfect

The only thing that I didn't like was there was no ice machine on the second floor.

The breakfast was nice and I liked the variety. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The 24 hour coffee was awesome. Parking was easy and close to the building. Check in was fast and easy, I got to even choose what floor I wanted to be on.

There's really nothing that I can think of that I didn't like. There's nothing more I can say about it.

Super Clean. Nice & easy breakfast. Good price. Comfy bed. Spacious room. New facilities. Braums is in walking distance (right in front of the hotel). Coffee bar with hot water, microwave is open on first floor to use in evening. We didn't use it this time but small outdoor swimming pool looked clean and quiet.

A bit far from downtown (10 min drive) but not too bad. No microwave & coffee in room.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable nothing fancy, but it worked for what we needed. The only issue was our outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, but that didn’t ruin my visit lol

A very nice atmosphere and a great pool to relax and cool off.

The cooked items for breakfast could be better. And there should be a microwave in the room.
