Excellent interior design, cleanliness, and attention to details.

Breakfast could’ve been better. We weren’t given any options. No juice offered. Served loose tea but strainer was not given. Extra cup of anything will be charged. The person in charge is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We felt like we were begging for food. We also felt rushed.

Super friendly and helpful staff with good English level. Happy to help with anything. Rooms are lovingly designed in an art nouveau meets modern way - there’s a radio that comes on when you enter the room playing smooth jazz :) Feels fun and boutique hotel kind of fancy. The restaurant serves yummy food.

The beds weren’t very comfortable unfortunately and there is a fair amount of noise from the street if you take one of the rooms to the street side. We had the deluxe double with balcony. Especially for Georgia, this hotel is very very expensive. You can stay in guesthouses for 10€/night. At this hotel, we paid about 120€/night. So you’re having a European hotel standard and you’re paying European rates for that. Feels a bit out of touch with the rest of the country but the hotel is very nice and staff just fantastic.

The food was delicious, the service from the staff was also excellent and everyone was super helpful. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was also excellent, as it was close to many attractions in Kutaisi and located in a nice walking around area.

The only comment I might have is that the room we were staying in was right next to the pool and the hotel's music was quite loud in the evenings and mornings. Our room was also just a little bit small, but honestly, the size was not a deciding factor, as it was still really comfortable and very nicely designed.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was wonderful – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore. What made my experience even better was the amazing staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My time in Kutaisi was so much more enjoyable thanks to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The hotel included breakfast, which supposedly featured a two-egg omelette and a bite-sized portion of various other dishes. The presentation was stunning and perfect for Instagram stories, but in terms of actual experience, it was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The included breakfast left me feeling unsatisfied, as it wasn’t enough to fill you up, and you had to pay extra for additional items. However, the extra dishes I ordered were really good.

We spent the night when passing through Kutaisi. After checking in booking that there are available rooms, we did not book upfront, but arrived at the hotel and checked in ( the booking rate i had with different discounts was much better vthan the hotel could offer me). Nice and pleasant staff. It was a supper rainey day, we managed to find parking on the street Infront of the hotel. The hotel design and decore is wonderful. I loved it. We took the queen room and even for us with two big suitcases it was excellent. The bed (matters, pillow ans bedding) was one if the best in a 10 days trip. The shower room is very big and inviting. While the area around the bed is small, there is a big are before it to put lagged and get organized. Water were brought to the room after check in. Our room did not face the main road so this was an advantage. We did not include breakfast in the room we booked, and ordered from the menu ,but it seems a good deal to include it if you eat breakfast ( its a good restaurant and the food is good). In the same street there are many restaurants for dinner. Overall it was a wonderful night in a well designed room, supper clean and comfortable. In summer they have an outdoor pool, this wiuld be nice to check.

I love Boutique establishments - and this one is no exception! The attention to detail in the rooms and the common areas (pool / restaurant) is great! Communication from Manager before arrival was awesome and booking in was no problem. Location is perfect. The premium paid on room rates versus other venues is worth it. You must stay minimum 2 nights to appreciate the venue. I will definitely be back. I will book for the Telavi sister hotel soon!!!

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Everything was great except for the non-working air conditioner.

Upon checking in, we discovered that the window in the room was left open, making it uncomfortably cold inside. When attempting to activate the air conditioner for heating, the panel displayed an error. After several attempts to contact someone via messages and phone calls, the manager said, "this is a central system and unfortunately, heating has not been turned on yet." That was very surprising and disappointing. Eventually, the hotel staff gave us the heater, so the problem was somehow solved.

When we arrived, in the afternoon, we spoke to the woman at the desk as we had gotten in rather late in the afternoon. She made a check, found that the Prometheus cave was still open, and ordered us a cab so we could make it. The next day, after the same cabbie arranged to take us to Martvili canyon early the next morning, she packed us breakfast to take with us. Above and beyond. The room itself was great, with excellent bed. The pool, which we used in the evening, was also quite nice.

The only thing lacking was an elevator, but it was only 2 flights of stairs. The staff helped bring the luggate to the room as I found it difficult.

The room was really romantic. When we came lights were on, music playing, nice smell. We made a hot bubble bath in the evening. View from window to the back garden with a pool. Breakfast there is big and tasty. Also we went for lunch too, a really good restaurant. And the staff was really good and friendly. She let us leave our things before checking in and we found our things later in the room. There was also coffee, tea and water in the room. Truly recommend!

That we have to go home early because of our flight :)

The bed, the air-conditioning, the shower pressure were great. The layout of the room is somewhat unique, with shower, bathtub, and sink as part of the room. There was a lovely desk with chair, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea, and hooks with hangers and bath robes. Also the restaurant had great food. The customer service is Georgian, so at times good and at other times, quite lacking in understanding international customers. English is spoken but in great varying degrees of fluency in the hotel.
