Stayed for 4 nights, hotel is nice and clean, spacious enough for our family of 5, 3 young kids and 2 adults. The staff are really helpful and friendly, we can speak Chinese and the really helpful Taiwanese staff assisted with our check in. There was one night when we bought a whole melon from the supermarket and we asked the Japanese receptionist if we could borrow a knife to cut, grateful that the Taiwanese staff helped us translate our broken Japanese. They went above and beyond to bring the melon to the kitchen to help us cut it. Thank you so much for the help. Breakfast was good too, try going during off peak hours or go earlier to avoid queues. Restaurant staff are friendly and offered a lot of help to us too, we really appreciate it as we have 3 young kids with us.

We were in Sapporo for the ice festival , I didn’t realise how close the hotel was to Odori park , literally a 5 minute walk . In the other direction from odori park the Tanukikoji Shopping Street was only a five minute walk. The entertainment area about 15 min walk . The room we had (twin room ) was good size , we travel with 2 medium sized suitcases and there was plenty of room, it would be a squeeze if you had larger / more luggage. The bathroom/ shower room was a big size , towels big and fluffy and pyjamas supplied. The Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. Little shop across the road for any supplies needed . Breakfast was varied I even enjoyed the Sapporo ice cream . I would recommend this property .

We bring our own small foam memory pillows as we find most pillows in Japan are hard .

The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Staff at front desk and cafe were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and our room was cleaned twice. Just leave rubbish bin and dirty towels outside the door and the cleaning staff will exchange with clean towels. Airport bus is only 3 mins walk from hotel and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just next door.

Comfortable beds but not the hard pillows. Sapporo JR Line Station is quite a distance from the hotel.

I reserved a Japanese style room and was worried the bed would be firm and uncomfortable, but it's a regular mattress, just on the floor, so it was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful - a big buffet selection of different things each day, but always eggs and rice and things my western stomach wants in the morning. Location was about 10-12 minutes walk from nearest subway but it was on a nice quiet street, easy to get taxi/uber right out front. Would 100% stay here again.

The A/C didn't work well in my room, so it got a bit stuffy, but I never had time to ask about it, so it could have been a simple fix. This didn't happen in my friend's room.

The staff rocked. I had a car and it was bucketing down, and the guy came out with a brolly. They showed me the closest, available parking spot, and sorted everything out nicely. This on top of other guests and then a bus load of Chinese arrived, all noisy and demanding. Credit also goes to Rin/Lin from Taiwan, she is an excellent receptionist and her English is unbelievable. The room was lovely, everything worked well, the bed was comfy, shower hot and towels fluffy.

Nothing, I should stay longer, but am moving on.

Excellent location during Sapporo Snow Festival as you're 2 small blocks away from Odori park. A bit far from the main stations during winter but I wouldn't see an issue in any other season. Excellent temperature control inside the room even though it was snowing quite a lot during the stay.

Unluckily placed right in front of the elevators so hearing loud tourists were a common occurrence late at night. Did not get a city view as stated in the listing/booking, instead a view of a chapel outside the window. Lacking in amenities such as moisturiser and you can only get the basic amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb) replaced after cleaning service instead of being able to select what you need

Arrived at TMark Susukino but TMark Odori booked by mistake. Staff able to fix the problem with internal TMark transfer! Booked here as I needed a Soaplands bath across the road! Hotel baths in Japan are far too small for my 195cm frame Double room had good bed but small room. Good layout allowed me to store two big duffle bags and access very good shower. Coffee was good after I fixed the jammed grinder with a long wooden stirrer!! The maid was very happy!! Do I tashi mashite

Breakfast was heavily Asian with only toast, eggs and sausages. I was early and croissants had been overcooked or heated in too hot oven. But I had had a big meal of Goyza and Ramen washed down by Sapporo Black at Mandyu nearby the night before so a light breakfast was OK. Arigato Sapporo! Vene Vide Sapporo Vicit!!

1) The breakfast is excellent, with a large choice of Japanese plates, and vaery varied automated drinks (coffie, tee, sparkling water, juice, coca, milk etc.). This is not a suprise, as ther are 5 staff occupied to prepare, serve, and clean during the breakfast. 2) The reception staff is very courteous and friendly.

1) There are not any 'black-out' curtains in the rooms, so you may wake up too early. 2) There is no safe in the room, you have to carry your valuables to the reception safe.

Clean. I like walking and could get to most places easily. Staff friendly.

The room was smaller than I expected with one long side of the double bed against a wall and only about 40 cm room at the foot of the bed. Only 1 chair. The only options for my backpack placement were on the desk or in the hallway. If my husband was also in the room we would have been tripping over our belongings. It was fine for me and my 15kg rucksack packed for a 2 month holiday

The front desk staffs are very nice and helpful especially Miss Kim. She offered me some band-aid & Antiseptic Wound Cleansing Solution after she learned that my foot was cut by the sandals. Her act eased my pain, which means a lot to me. My gratidue to Ms Kim!! BTW, the room is clean & quiet and breakfast is excellent
