During my summer vacation visit to a Sapporo hotel, the bathroom was truly impressive, and the room was spacious. They even provided single-use bath salts, which was a lovely touch. It was close to Susukino, and having a 7-Eleven convenience store on the first floor was incredibly convenient. The Lawson convenience store across the street was also easy to access. With amenities like a coin laundry and a microwave available, I had a very comfortable stay."

Please note that Exit 3 at Hosui-Susukino Station involves a set of stairs.

The staffs are very friendly. After knowing that we would skip breakfast for 2 days, they exchanged the breakfast coupons to meal coupons that can used anytime in their cafe. They also provide kid friendly toiletries for my kids. Although the hotel doesnt has an onsen, they offered the Onsen Powder for guests who need it. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of options, and the location is convenient to Nijo Market.

There are only three laundry machines available in the hotel, and they are often occupied. I hope the hotel can add more to better accommodate guests

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank goodness for Google translate! The fact that they had unlimited amenities supplied at the reception was great. Love the Yamato service which was very convenient.

The hotel told us the daily breakfast, which we had already paid, did not include the kids. This was the very first time that a hotel advised of this. We've never had this issue before. They wanted to charge for our 2 kids - very bizarre! Eventually, they dismissed it and no charge.

The shower was big and was separate from the toilet. The room was spacious and we were able to put our luggages despite a baby cot. At first we thought the AC wasnt powerful enough (lowest was 20) but after turning on for 2-3 hrs, the room got much cooler. At night, it was actually quite cool, so we had to turn it back to 23. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. First, the kids werent included ( we had to pay 1100 yen each to cover their meal). Mainly, the problem was that it lacks varieties. Car park was not bad - 1500 yen if u are able to enter around 6pm

The hotel location is just walking distance away from Toho line subway station and Tanukikoji Shopping Street (狸小路). 7-11 convenience store is also located directly at the ground floor or the hotel. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. For those who is coming from New Chitose airport, taking bus/coach is much more convenient (with luggages) compared to JR Rail.

As we book early the price for few nights is considered cheap. The location is strategy located at Susikino Area..well connected to underground mall and the airport shuttle susukino stop is within few min walk across the road. Famous Takinokuii Street also very close to hotel. The breakfast also considered good and alot variety, just the food is almost same everyday but it is acceptable

Just saw a staff attitude might not so patient towards a customer who can't speak well English or japanese..

Great stay in Susukino, we stayed here for around 3 nights. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area- we wanted to eat delicacies in sapporo like sapporo ramen, soup curry and pork bowl, and we could find all of these were within 10 mins walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bathtub in the bathroom was very deep which was nice. Check in and check out was smooth, and staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel is about a few mins walk from susukino station and around 20 mins walk from sapporo station. Because a lot of the travel locations around sapporo are well connected to sapporo station, we ended up getting on at susukino station, and then changing at sapporo station after 2 stops to travel to these places which was a little annoying. However if you are more interested in exploring susukino it really is an excellent location. The 20 mins walk to sapporo station is fun too as you get to pass a lot of shops.

Very easy to locate the hotel and near all the convenient locations of Sapporo. Room was clean and comfy. A little extra space than most standard Japanese rooms. Very short walking distance to the second ice sculpture site for the Sapporo Snow Festival and several convenience stores and food places nearby. Very good rate for the night stay.

I only stayed one night so can't comment on other facilities.

The room was a bit musty. Compared to other Daiwa Roynet locations: - It was hard to get the climate control settings right. - Staff at other locations were more helpful in arranging the luggage forwarding. Here, we received a slip and were told to fill it in ourselves.

Spacious room for the area, comfortable beds, humidifier helped keep the room comfortable during winter. Water bottles replenished everyday, and direct access to the downstairs 7-11 without even having to step outside. Staff (front desk and maintenance) was very friendly.

The window in the room was a swing open window with a turn handle to lock. However, the window seal isn't completely air-tight, allowing sound to come in from the streets. Opt to request a room facing away from the main street if you're a light sleeper.
