The excellent location, close to the Therme, with easy access to main attractions. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a big advantage for us. The room was quiet and well-heated, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was varied and tasty, offering many fresh options.

Not all staff members spoke English, which made communication difficult at times. Being woken up at 8:00 AM for cleaning was not ideal, especially during a vacation. The price is a bit high for what it offers, maybe it's time for some renovations, the hotel has become a bit rusty. :)

Breakfast was really above expectations, every morning plates of fruit and vegetables, different cheeses, croissants. Room was pretty large for what we expected, there was even a dinning corner and a small 'tea' kitchen in the room. The free spa nearby was included also on the day of arrival and departure.

The room was not very clean, some tissues behind the curtain, under the bed.

Wonderful hotel, spacy rooms, wonderful view from the balcony to mountains. Very good offer for spa lovers as free entrance in Alpentherme is included in the price. Bathrobes and towels are also available for use in the spa. Free parking is available - very important when traveling by car. Kind and helpful staff. Alpentherme Thermal spa is in 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Ski resort is nearby. Definitely will come again. I recommend this hotel - great choice.

Check-out at 11:00 (even 10-15 min before we were approached by cleaning staff) - too early for vacation

👍Beyond expectations + location is great + breakfast is super + super clean + we booked junior suite and we’re surprised to see there Fridge and small kitchenette as it was not mentioned at booking +bag is prepared to go to Therme

Breakfasts and dinners were good with good range of options The nearby spa and pool with free entrance was clean and relaxing The cable care entrance was free and the view was breathtaking We really enjoyed our time

Facilities are outdated and need replacing

Everything was very nice. Room was specious with separate sitting area, beds were very comfortable and the view was beautiful to the Alpes and ski piste. Food was also very good. And Alpentherme was perfect. Ski bus was regular and stop in front of the hotel. We had a great stay.

the staff at reception and breakfast was nice and helpful and took time to explain all that was included in the reservation

the building looks a bit outdated , including the rooms and bathrooms more choice at breakfast would be nice

Lovely staff, good room facilities, very clean and quiet room which was well-located with a lovely view over the park.

Hotel misses it's own pool.

Loved everything- room was beautiful, staff lovely, breakfast was good, glass of Prosecco on arrival is a very nice touch. Location was great- a couple blocks walk to the alpentherme. You get a Gaston’s guest card with your stay which provides a TOn of great benefits in the area.

Nothing, it was a great stay- would have stayed another night but it was fully booked.
