We loved our stay at Sanctuary Palm Cove Superb location close to beaches , restaurants , supermarkets ..and attractions . The Villas are fully equipped to feel like home Gerhard and Upasana really makes everything for you to enjoy your holidays : before and during the stay. Really customer oriented !

Our only regret…we didn’t stay long enough :) u need to plan at least 5 nights to visit the area !!

From the moment we arrived, the team were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They offered to keep our groceries in the fridge until our rooms were ready. As we arrived earlier than the check in time we were kept updated and they went above and beyond to have the rooms ready for us as soon as they could. We were able to use all the facilities whilst waiting and offered some great suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay.

There is nothing that any of the 10 team members did not like about Sanctuary :) Great job guys!

This is a lovely property in a lush, green setting; very private and calming. Our apartment was great; very spacious, clean, modern and well appointed. The pool area was wonderful as well. The on-site staff we dealt with were very friendly. The property’s close proximity to the beach and esplanade made walking to things easy.

The area was experiencing a severe heatwave when we arrived, and we were disappointed to enter our apartment to find all the windows open and the interior extremely hot. It would have been nice if the apartment had been cooled even partially ahead of our arrival, as it took several hours for the AC to bring the inside temperature down to an acceptable level once we set it.

Large studio with lovely smelling soap. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and pier. Huge beautiful pool. Perfect if you like to watch your partner shower from the comfort of the bed.

I wish the spa pool had been hotter. It wasn't very warm. There wasn't room on the towel rack for the mat and it got wet without a door on the shower.

The rainforest setting with large paper bark and gum trees, wetlands and many birds is amazing. A 25m pool allows for a proper swim. The beach, restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment was as large (139m2) as advertised with a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of stuff to do nearby (Barrier Reef, rainforest, parks...)

a bar or restaurant on site would have been nice.

We loved the location of the property, it truly felt like it was it's own little santuary, nestled amongst beautiful vegetation. The apartment was lovely, very well equiped kitchen and TV's were great (could easily cast from phone/ipad). We loved the pool, very clean and temperature was pleasent for swimming in June/July.

Easy walk to main street and front beach, large pool with good number of lounge chairs, property has lush tropical gardens and is very clean, friendly staff, on site parking for hire car

we stayed in apt 22, which did not have much natural light, if we were to stay again we would choose a different apt

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sanctuary Palm Cove. The rooms were clean and had great facilities. The pool was easily accessible and we experienced no difficulties with crowding at the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided information on the various activities we were interested in. I highly recommend this property.

The pool is a tranquil and lovely setting. Unfortunately the sap was out of action due to damage after the floods earlier in the year, however works were occurring to fix this issue.

My only comment would be that having a second bathroom or ensuite would have made things perfect. A second set of bath towels and bath mat too - as things don't dry well in the humid climate. Otherwise we were very comfortable.

When my husband and I entered our apartment we were pleasantly surprised. It had a real wow factor. It was beautifully furnished and very spacious with all the facilities we needed. The location was brilliant, very close to the front beach and all the lovely eating places and shops that Palm Cove has to offer.

The bathrooms need exhaust fans!
