Amazing hotel, the staff was really helpful and kind, the breakfast was almost the same every day but it had a good varieties of options, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the room has everything you need and they got a complimentary surprise for us when we check-in.

The dinner tough is quite expensive - 40 euros/person but everything else was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and clean

The pool area was not clean at evenings. when I wanted to go to pool around 5 after the sea it was all messed up and nobody cleaned it before next morning. there was not food available from around 6 till 7:30 . pool cafe closed before 6 and until other restaurants were open i could not feed kids, which was very uncomfortable ! The staff were not very friendly at breakfast times.

The Gennadi opened in 2018 and still shows signs of growing into its plot. Some of the grounds are semi-virgin, but they have done a terrific job with the styling of the (many) buildings, and the resort itself feels spacious, fresh, good-on-the-eye and special. There are eight ‘eating places’, and four of those are yer actual ‘restaurants’. The huge buffet area will be your closest friend if you choose ‘all-inclusive’, but eat earlier in the particular ‘meal shift’ and remember the evening trough ends at 9.30pm. At breakfast, eat in the ‘outside area’; it is quieter and just … nicer. We didn’t choose the all-inclusive package and this gave us a shot at the full range eateries (which we thought was best, as the food in the restaurants was great and the buffet is, frankly, limited). If possible, choose a room with its own little pool - there are loads of them. The main pools, many as there are, have sunbeds around which are claimed early in a post-modern parody of our friends from continental Europe.

This is, quite genuinely, a tough one. Yes it is inarguably a ‘resort’ and absorbs 600 folks when busy, which it almost always is in the stunning, reliable weather of Rhodes. However, there are so many bars and spaces to choose from that it doesn’t ever feel crowded and the brilliant team members always make you feel special. This is a GOOD place to stay.

The hotel was full but it did not feel like that, the staff were all very nice and there were plenty of beds around all the pools did not have to rush in the morning and put a towel to reserve your sun beds

Buffet breakfast was nice but always the food was served cold and it was the same for the evening buffet , food plenty to choose from but it was always cold they must sort out the way the food is kept HOT because serving foods like that can cause bacteria and upset stomach to which we got on the last day the only hot food was when we eat in the Al cart restaurants

Great size room. Very comfortable bed. Very powerful shower. Towels were changed every day. Very enjoyable to be in a room with a small private swimming pool. Hotel private beach is enjoyable and fairly quiet. The welcoming drinks were a nice gesture. Very well catered international style buffet. Porters are very welcoming and helpful. The premises are well looked after and the numerous public swimming pools are a great feature. Bus stops outside of the hotel premises are very convenient.

Bedlinen was not changed a single time whilst I stayed for 5 nights. This is a resort like any other resort with with no real difference whether we are in Greece or on Rhodos Island, or not. Staff is professional but not warm and deals with clients like in any other big corporate group. The "all inclusive formula" includes some restrictions in particular for some alcoholic drinks which one may appreciate. However this is strange that ordering fresh orange juice would be an extra charge.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools are lovely and huge. The Spa was very good .

The room didn't have any drawers. The shower had no glass doors, so every time we took a shower, the whole bathroom would be full of water.We tried 4 restaurants the only one that had good food was the one by the pool. Room service doesn't open till 9 am .So if u need hot milk for your coffee to sit and enjoy it on your balcony, you would need to go to the breakfast area to get it. You also had to book a slot when you wanted to use the gym as it only took 6 people at a time.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Firstly when you walk in you are met with this wonderful fragrance. The ambiance of the reception area is relaxed, the room we were given was very clean and the beds were very comfortable shower was very good. Lovely private terrace. All the pools and eating areas the beautiful rooftop. All so well designed! The food was out of this world! Lovely breakfast got to eat whilst being serenaded by a pianist or violinist. The choices of the Buffett met everyone’s needs. The staff can not do enough! We particularly wanted to mention the person who checked us in Costas (Ryan Reynolds):) The night reception Nikos (kung fu panda). A lovely young lady called Penya ;) who helped us so much. Thank you! Christina,guest relations… she was just so helpful gave great suggestions about what to do in the area. All in all everyone was so professional but also very friendly. Just the right balance. The spa was also beautiful. I chose the Hammam which was a wonderful experience with my therapist Maria. She was very respectful and really helped me to relax. We really did not want to leave yesterday and hope to return very soon!

Great first impression when you enter the lobby, and it only gets better when you reach the pools area and other facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, great food, great room and pool service (the hotel even has its own mobile app which makes everything so easy to book and order), perfectly clean beach, joga classes, and in general everything was clean, great and awesome :). We will definitely come back!

Room size (we had 3 different types), amenities in the room, beds, breakfast and dinner (variety, taste) ,restaurants , beach, private pool and chairs, front desk representatives

In order to get higher grade (mainly intended to the management) :1) Sewer opening in the toilette (all our rooms) spreed bad smell in the toilette room. 2) Replying to requests - asked the "attraction desk" representative some information, although promised to get back to us-we are still waiting. "Do not disturb" sign was not respected by the cleaning staff (3 different cases). 4) Sea&pool towels "system" is inconvenient (to say the least)-"take & return point" must be next to the pool and the beach. 4) Some rooms with private pool are situated next and exposed to the public (meaning other guests marching in the resort) so no privacy while in your pool....
