This hotel is located in a very nice position, next to the Rio Negro River Very nice infinity pool with superb views on the river and the forest Very big room with big King Size bed, very comfortable mattress The Hotel has its own excursion desk and a restaurant which serves good food for reasonable prices (lunch & dinner) Breakfast is also very nice with good quallity food and lots of choice

The structure suffers a bit lack of maintenance (inside and outside). This should be done better

The infinity pool is amazing at this hotel and our room was clean and spacious. I would upgrade to a river view, as it's incredible! Breakfast was also varied and delicious.

The only downside to this hotel was the lunch and dinner we ordered. The fish was half cooked and the rice and broccoli side dish was very stale. The pasta my partner ordered was cold and it was sent back. Came back just as cold. For a hotel of this stature, I would expect more from their lunch and dinner service.

This hotel is awesome. The staff was the best I've ever encountered. They catered to every need. The room and the view were incredible! The room had a nice big refriderator, warmer, microwave, and other fully functioning equipment. The front desk had individuals who spoke english. William and the english-speaking female co-worker were beyond cordial, helpful, and friendly! The facilities: pool, sauna, kitchen entertainment, and grounds - were inviting and relaxing. I will definitely return to this hotel. It was so much better than the rented private room I stayed in at the same property.

I saw one German roach. They will have to keep vigilant extermination processes in place.

Beautiful pool area and view where you can often see dolphins going past. Good cocktails. The rooms really vary, I stayed 3 times before and after trips and had different experiences. The balcony room was fantastic but the standard rooms aren't great, one had such dirty windows I couldn't see out without opening the window. I think it very much depends on the location of the room.

The staff are a mixed bag, some were a bit rude in the restaurant. There's no other food nearby so you feel a bit stuck but I was only there for stopovers. I'd recommend getting the balcony room and getting breakfast room service personally! For the price, it's a good option.

Breakfast was ok, pool was nice, Parking was secure and easy. Security staff were good. cleaning was mostly good, reception staff were mostly good.

internet played up from time to time, one of the receptionists, he needed to go on a courtesy course, and sometimes we didnt have enough towels in our room.

The staff at the desk and in the restaurant are friendly. The room (incl. the bathroom) is spatious and good. The pool is nice and clean.

It;s a big hotel, so they must earn money: drinking water is not provided and only for sale and the small fridge is full of items, but a pricelist is not provided. They don't have vegetarian dinner options in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive.

Great view on the Amazon river. Infinity pool, sauna is available. The restaurant is ok, probably not the best, but the breakfasts included with the room rate were great. The hotel is a bit old, however it's maintained well, and there has been a partial renovation recently as far as I can see.

Close to quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Sitting out by the pool and enjoying a cocktail was quite nice.

Air conditioner in the room was okay at best. Had to order a blanket from reception. Housekeeping brought a blanket that was cut in half. Was an odd experience. But, housekeeping, room service and maintenance were quite fast to resolve any issues.

I read previous reviews and those who said the location was awesome but the property was dated and in disrepair were spot on! I would stay there again but it would be really nice if someone fixed up this property. The location is awesome and the pool and view is spectacular!

Things in the rooms and around the resort were unfinished and/or in disrepair. It is a dated property.

We loved the hospitality and the tourist office on-site. We also loved the pool area.

The buffet was good when it was open. On some days we had to order off the menu, and weren't particularly impressed with the options.
