I love the fact I was literally 10-15 mins away from downtown depending on the traffic. We was around stores and restaurants which was a awesome If you needed something late night! DO NOT EAT AT BURGER KING WHICH IS 3 MINS AWAY FROM HOTEL IT WAS TRASH!!!!

The door doesn't completely close so make sure to double check and make sure you close your room door. And bringing Lysol the smell in the room wasn't so pleasant so I'm glad I had a candle with me. If you ever been inside a jail that's what the covers smelled like I requested to have mines changed. Other than that every was awesome even Fantasia Concert

The location is not the prettiest but is very close to Walmart, and other markets. The room had hard floor, and the bathroom had ceramic tiles. There were a lot of places to park around the hotel. And very quiet.

The corridors of the hotel had a very old carpet, the bathroom ceiling was all patch up. The breakfast was not very good, very bad quality, the coffee was the instant coffee style, not fresh. And there was no water fountain in the entire hotel.

Clean, comfortable, microwave, refrigerator, wifi, tv channels availability, ice machine, location close to lots, but on a quiet hill with a great view. Good value!

Property was good. Breakfast was good but not excellent. Needed a little more variety in eggs, sausage, & perhaps waffles. I’m not complaining as we were happy but would be even happier if breakfast could have a little more variety. Note: If this would require a price hike, don’t do it!

Breakfast was great and server did a good job keeping food updated. Facility was very nice and room was also very nice. Comfortable mattress. Front desk person was also very nice and informative. Overall good job. If we ever travel that way again we'll spend the night at that location.

I really couldn't think of anything I didn't like. Please continue to do what you are doing to serve the traveling public.

The man night time manager was amazing. He is what made our stay perfect! We checked in super late due to a softball tournament going way over time and needed to wash some uniforms. It was past the time but he allowed me to go in anyways. This to me is great customer service. He went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. I would most definitely stay their again.

The beds were not queen beds like it said online and the were super hard. The breakfast was ok nothing great but ok for what it was. Other than that everything was very good.

I loved the location of the property, convenient to everything. The property was very clean and smelled amazing each time we entered the building or our room. Separate smoking area away from entry points was a huge bonus. Hotel staff from the front desk to Housekeeping were absolutely amazing! Jay, from the front desk,made the stay memorable and gave great food recommendations!!

My shower may have been a handicap shower because it was posted on the side wall and only reached waist high.

My daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tourney at the Finley Center. It was an easy 15 minutes drive there. Very clean and well maintained property. It was isolated, but close to anything you need at the same time. Comfortable rooms with good ac/heat. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was always clean. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great price.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning and coffee as often as I liked. I enjoyed the room although it was not handicap accessibility. It was on the 1st floor

I did not enjoy dogs barking in the building at intervals and the alarm(smoke detector) sounding. Someone was smoking in the stairwell which triggered the smoke detector IT WAS LOUD!

Someone decided to leave feces in the elevator(this is a mental heath condition and not a reflection on their environment), and we were the ones who found it and reported it. It was cleaned up so fast and so well that you would have never known it ever happened.

I accidentally double booked my room & was charged the full amount for a room I didn't use. I reported it, and the property said they would work on it, but still, I have heard nothing back.

The location was beautiful it was up and hill so we had and beautiful view of the town hotel was nice and clean smelled great staff was nice and friendly

Room was warm ac only go as low as 66 which I believe it didn't even go that low cause our room was warm the two days we stayed we was comfortable but still wish it was and little cooler
