Friendly staff.

The water pressure isn’t the best. The water is hot just not great water pressure.

The parking garage was gated which was definitely a plus and worth paying $10/day for. The entrance and check in area was clean and set the bar for the rest of the hotel.

We rented the room for 2 nights. We had been driving for well over 15 hours and called to see if early check in was an option and the night clerk was kinda rude or atleast came across that way when she said we had to be IHG members to get early check in. The partner told me what she said so I called back and and explained my partner had just called about early check in and she started out saying "yes you have to be members" and the tone in her voice and me trying to tell her I was a member and ask if she wanted my member#. She didn't hear me the first 2 times I asked her bc she wouldn't let me speak.

The free on demand coffee was real good, the bed was comfy, I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. When My room needed to be changed because there was a over flowed sink that was all over the floor and it was only a king and I had reserved 2 beds. The front staff was very helpful and was able to get me into a room with 2 beds very quickly, and he made sure he alerted housekeeping about the sink back up.

The room was like an apartment. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the kitchenette. The little market they have called THE CUPBOARD is perfect. The suites is in a greatt location.

I do wish they would take the hold off of the deposits immediately. When a transaction is pending,, it does not take long at all.

Easy assess to rolling loud commute was reasonable and lots of stores / restaurants around

I didn’t like that we were on the roads for 24hours and when we arrived the systems were down and we weren’t able to check in and a key card was required to use the lobby bathroom and the front desk I guess he was visiting from another site he didn’t know where the key card was to use the lobby bathroom and was saying we had to check in first unbelievable!

That they don't take cash as payment and the front desk girl rude and unprofessional, as soon as we walked in she immediately said that they were sold out but yet still didn't know I had a reservation. And told me to go somewhere else ... n my husband got .ad and went back n told her that we have a reservation..

Accommodating staff: they actually gave me a room where it was less noisy, no smoking, cleaned, very peaceful and parking was extremely friendly safe with curfew of doors locking to avoid other people coming in! Cameras everywhere made me feel very good also. I want to emphasize customer service because I drove for 12 hours to get here and my mom drove 20 and we literally stopped here to just get sleep for the next 8 hour drive to get home. I’m so happy and will definitely stay here again if ever in LA!

The parking was surcharge of $15 for my accompanied guest. Also, the only entrance is the main lobby. If you lost your key, you will be charged; I usually keep a key as a “memory” of a trip. There are no elevators in the parking lot. Not enough carts for luggage.

I like the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room.

The only thing I didnt like was that the main room had an odd/unpleasant smell and the carpet felt moist/wet so not sure if that played a part in the smell.

Clean! Easy check in. Nice kitchenette. Nice refrigerator. There was no hassle to get anything we needed. Staff was kind and responsive.

Parking lot is across the street but has plenty parking and it’s secure.

The property has a free washer and dryer and they are actually good washers and dryers that get your clothes clean. The staff is really nice and helpful.
