Excellent room. Price was excellent.

Breakfast was poor. This location needs to invest in a commercial toaster.

The improvements. Looking a lot better than the last time I stayed here. Wasn't sure I wanted to stay here again, decided to try here again and this time everything was great. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Cincinnati. Which is about 10 times a year

Check in was asked if I could take two queen beds instead of a king because they were overbooked. Told them no that booking.com had so many rooms available to them and that's what I booked.

Food was good, served hot… server was constantly restocking and cleaning. They could have had another coffee choice or 2, besides decade and dark roast. They had fruit and water available all day for free! They really accommodated our dog as well, who was VERY energetic!

The overall impression of the hotel is good, but not as far as the payment is concerned! Always double-check your balance on the card and what is indicated on the receipt. I write off more money than indicated on the check. I made 2 reservations, the first time they charged $30 more than what was indicated on the receipt, the second time $85. They said it was a mistake at the bank. that the bank made a mistake 2 times? then they said that it was a deposit, then why is the deposit amount different? I couldn’t get a receipt for my first booking for 15 minutes. the guy on the prescription pretended that he didn’t understand what I was talking about. so be careful, check what they charge from your card.

Great location. It felt safe and is a short drive to Kings Island and other attractions. Very friendly staff. We had to ask for pillows but were accommodated and the clerk at the desk was very kind. Clean for the most part. Comfortable beds. Pool area looked nice. Very reasonable price. Easy checkout.

When we walked in, the ac unit hadn’t been ran all day. We had arrived after 10pm. It was so hot and muggy in the room. But it cooled down quickly. We had two queen size beds but one of the beds didn’t have any pillows on it at all. The desk clerk got us some promptly. There was a dead bug behind the bathroom door. Everything else looked pretty clean though. Breakfast was okay but limited. Still not bad for a free breakfast.

The staff was friendly, very nice facilities, close to Kings Island, restaurants, gas; loved my bed and the room was very roomy. Would definitely recommend and return.

People seemed to be having a gathering in one of the rooms upstairs and guests were hanging out in the hallways making noise at almost 12am. I couldn't really hear them from my room and I think they departed shortly after. From 10pm, there should be a quiet time for guests to sleep.

Breakfast was very good. Many options to choose from. Since the price of staying there was so reasonable, the breakfast was a real benefit. Our room was very clean; however since we didn't use any other facilities, we can't comment on those. (Ex: pool) The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are many good restaurants nearby, so finding one was easy. Will stay there again if needed.

More shampoo and soap, although we didn't request any additional. A shower cap and makeup remover.

The only complaint is one room (I ended up staying in two. Add'l booking) has splatters/ dirty behind the toilet on the wall. Some baseboards in that room were dirty. Derp clean that and clean to detail and would be perfect. For what I liked-- they have a clean, quality breakfast for a hotel. Main thing--- clean and hygiene

The room was pretty clean, and the bathroom of my room looked like it was renovated recently, so it was pretty nice. Water and fruits were available when we came, that detail is very nice. Pool was nice and open late, something we loved.

A little more cleaning will be nice. Especially the floors, but it wasn't that bad.

I loved the area the hotels in, the hotel is.si nice and clean. The room i really liked, the king bed was just the right size. The room itself very very nice. I will be back to stay again.

There was no hot water that was so disappointing. That was the only thing I didn't like. I feel the guests on that day Monday. June 26th 2023 should gets some money back. That's why I turned my key card in and left before 7pm Monday 26th, I checked right back out the same day. You can check if you want to. I couldn't stay and check out Tuesday the 27th with no hot water. I feel you guys should give me some of my money back. But I will be back to stay there because it's a really nice and clean hotel. 10 stars for me
