My stay at the BON Hotel was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and effortless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Grace at the front desk was a superstar, explaining everything clearly and ensuring we had everything we needed with a warm smile. At breakfast, Lerato’s exceptional service made the delicious spread even more enjoyable. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—honestly, the best I’ve ever slept in, and I’ve stayed at many places! The work desk in my room was a game-changer, allowing me to power through a ton of work overnight. Thank you, BON Hotel, for an amazing experience—I’ll definitely be back soon!

I sincerely appreciated my stay at the BON Hotel, but I did notice that the water takes a while to heat up, which could be inconvenient. I’d also recommend opting for bottled water instead of tap water for drinking. I understand these water-related issues are beyond the hotel management’s control, and they didn’t detract from the otherwise wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The delicious breakfast was a highlight, but what really made our visit special was the Thursday night live music session at the BON bar featuring Mr. Seleke. The Kelebogile cocktail was also a standout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. Thank you for providing such a great experience. We truly appreciate the hospitality and atmosphere.

we experienced issues with the bathroom basin. Despite reporting the problem, it wasn't fixed during our stay.

It s clean and comfortable

The fact that they lock the main door at later hours and they took long to unlock for you even when you have confirmed names and everything… mind you they took 10 mins to open because the security who was supposed to open for was not close by- it was 1am for good sake and we are two ladies outside waiting geez you need to fix that anything could have happened between that 10minutes of the receptionist waiting for security to open

The Suite was perfect to relax with my friends who stayed around and they were welcomed by the staff. The manager , was very friendly and understanding.The Bar area and the Resturant Good, very friendly waiter.

The hawkers on the street next to the Hotel entrance Improve on the Room Services, u can keep us up to date on our order from the Resturant instead of following up. You tend to be angry especially if you have been waiting too long for your order to be delivered. Change your reception desk, it gives an old image of the Hotel,

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Like the fact that they offered a free shuttle service which was very convenient seeing that we flew up and needed to travel to and from the hotel which they gladly assisted for our entire three day stay. Over all, excellent service, highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Bloemfontein.

It never disappoint so there is nothing negative to talk about rather always great place to be and BON Hotel Bloemfontein Central is my new home away from home.

I am still looking for that something I did not like and the fact that their staff would go out of their way for your comfort and great stay I would be foul and idiotic to falter them while they are still doing awesome in ensuring great hospitality always.

Nothing really as the hotel made sure we had anything we needed to ensure our good stay. I am grateful really.

The staff from the moment you arrive are friendly and very efficient. Called for more coffee in the morning and they sent it within a few minutes. The food is freshly made, well seasoned and tasty. The hotel is full of history and beautifully decorated with trinkets from the past. The dining room really takes you back in time in a nice way. The chairs themselves have such beautiful details. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel. I love that the staff have part ownership in the business.

The building inside is old world charm, it looks like it has stood still in time. The condition inside is beautifully maintained, neat and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us and we were impressed. My you gest even received a goodie bag to keep him busy. We felt safe and had a great sleep

The surrounding area is decrepit and poor, but once in the underground parking you felt safe.

Their service is exceptional - from the reception to housekeeping; the food, the staff at the restaurant, the shuttle services. One of the days the manager drove me to my place of work, to me that was exceptional.
