Very good price, very good value for money. The unit is well equipped with all you need. Complimentary tea and coffee, milk , salt and pepper etc was there, as well as toilet paper soap, shampoo and cleaning agents. It was clean and roomy enough and suitable for our needs. Good sized refrigerator.Also there were barbecue grills outside that we could use. Wifi is essential in Augusta and the property had Wifi, so I was able to do a meeting from there. Lots of cute birdies frequent the property. Staff were very friendly and responded quickly when asked for assistance- we needed a battery for remote and this was sorted promptly. Located near Cape Leewin light house and not too far from Jewel cave. Drive not too far from Margaret River. Overall great experience. Would go again.

No major issues. Front door of property would benefit from coat of paint. When looking from outside one might get the wrong impression that inside might be very old and not in good condition because of the door. Please note, the inside of property was very good. I am just recalling my first impression on seeing the door. Shower is a little small but not an issue for me but persons with a larger build would struggle

Even though the building is old the units have been renovated and had everything we needed to provide a very comfortable 2 night stay. We had access to a brand new front loader washing machine so we were able to do some much needed washing & hang them on the big clothes rack provided. The kitchen appliances are all new. Loved the charger point provided next to the bed, I could charge multiple devices at once which was so handy.

Owners Kyra and Mark were very friendly and helpful. Unit was very central and close to river and easy drive out to Hamelin Bay. Kitchen was set up with most things you needed and it was a lovely touch proving 1 litre of milk for us. It was great to have free use of a washing machine and you were welcome to use their clothes line, whilst also providing a clothes horse in the unit. I found the couch very comfortable, but as my husbands quiet tall it was a bit too low for him, but that’s most couches these days.

Communication via email from host with information about the unit and area was beyond my expectations and the best I've seen at any other accomodation. Great set up with everything we needed and comfortable, clean and close to shops with awesome handmade dumplings just next door!

The only complaint is the shower size but for a few days it's doable.

The apartments were easy to find and are located right in town with easy access to everything. Communication from the owners was outstanding. Everything that we needed was supplied and was of good quality. Our apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Parking is provided right outside the apartment door.

Close to pretty much everything you could need for a short or long stay. We were in for 4 days and took a few quick trips out to the touristy spots. Mark and Kyra were quite active around the property during the day and are a wealth of knowledge on the town and some of the spots that might not be on your map...

Our stay was brilliant, nothing to complain about. We acknowledge that we let an animal enter our apartment when we shouldn’t have but feel that the owner could have handled things in a calmer way rather than yell out loud abuse at us from the doorway of our apartment.

Location was amazing, close to all the shops and cafes. Unit had all you wanted, reminded me of places I stayed when I was young. Bed was super comfortable. Also had exceptional hosts.

I could hear the pipes when people were showering. Which didn't disturb me a lot as I was generally awake.

The units look old on the outside. But on the inside it was very comfortable and cosy. They provided 1 Lt of the most delicious milk plenty of tea coffee and sugar, also salt and pepper in grinders. The wildlife out side was a bonus kangaroo's ducks and chickens add to the country feel.

The property was exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Augusta. It was spacious, comfortable bed, everything we needed and really clean. Walking to Main Street and down to estuary took only a few minutes. The owners had sent us information about their accommodation and surrounding activities.

Nothing.
