Excellent location in the heart of the city of Delft. Very avant-garde interior design of hotel rooms. Small glass elevator to reach higher floors even though a bit slow it was handy for bringing up the luggage. Delicious food in the GAIA restaurant on the ground floor part of the hotel, staff were really helpful and friendly. Our family room with skylight windows was spacious with a double bed and a niche corner with a bunk bed, also small private shower room/toilet facilities were part of it. Wall mounted TV and desk with sitting area were convenient.

Booked family room with two double beds initially but was given one with a double and bunk beds. Still it wasn't a big inconvenience for us so I didn't request a change.

The place is well located in the center of the town, with a great breakfast selection, few options but enough and delicious, coffee was also good. Room was very pretty and comfortable. Staff is really nice, has a very small elevator for luggage or if you come with older people, convenient. Place looks clean.

The room was so hot, room ventilation was just a very small window. I put the ceiling fan to high, but was not strong and not enough. Also at night it was a bit noisy, because it was Saturday I think, for me it was totally bearable, but depends on how much you tolerate. Honestly I liked the place, just a bit overpriced. bit more lighting in the bathroom would help.

Cute and comfortable. My room was decorated with art objects and pained scenes from Africa. That was fun. The Gaia restaurant where the breakfast is served is excellent. The lunch and dinner food is excellent.

However, the room was on the 3rd floor and the lift only went to the second. To get to the third required climbing a spiral staircase the design of which can only be described as bizarre. About 7 of the steps were so narrow the only way to climb them was to put your foot sideways and grab onto the bannister. This is hardly conducive to carrying a suitcase up or down.

The breakast was more than satisfying, i asked for a second cup of coffee and i expected to pay for it, but they told me it was free. Very good quality and quantity and the people working there very polite and eager to help. One evening i asked for something that was served only during lunch, and they agreed to prepare it for me :-)

My only problem was the heating of the room which was not as much as i wanted. There was a problem with the radiator, they did something to fix it but still it was not what i needed. I didn't complain again because all the rest was very good and i wasn't going to stay for long. I told them how i felt after i left, and they assured me they would fix it asap.

Pretty close to the centre of Delft and about a km from the train station. The triple room was big and with the hot weather, the ceiling fan was a god send! Each room has a different theme which makes it stand out from the usual hotel. The breakfast was very good. While the spread was limited, they cooked eggs to order.

The bathroom was weird. The shower side had no door which becomes uncomfortable with children. The WC side's glass door was not all opaque and one can see into the shower area.

I loved the text that arrived a few days before arrival asking me if we were celebrating anything! Really thoughtful & pragmatic gesture that was sincerely appreciated! Coming from abroad there’s only so much you can carry & organise beforehand so it really made our trip extra special! Also sending an important forgotten item for us after checking out, understanding the stress involved in international travel! Breakfast was delightful & late check out, gorgeous & generous! Thank you 🥰💐

Living on the spectrum, the busy plane outside was jarring but thankfully we found a quieter alternative route! The sign wasn’t clear either. The lift was way too small for people & luggage unfortunately.

Staff was delightful: friendly, available and helpful. Amenities were great. "Africa"-themed room was delightfully quirky and comfortable. Location turned out to be good for what I was doing.

The broken elevator — which does not reach to the third floor where my room was in any case — was an issue. Worse, there was a safety issue with the third-floor spiral stairs: almost impossibly steep, with almost impossibly narrow treads, and with scrap-lumber "stabilization" of what looks like some pretty serious structural issues. I nearly injured myself a couple of times ascending during my visit, and damaged my property on the way out.

5 mins walk to main square, adjacent to canal with plenty of bars, etc. Quirky rooms although bar/restaurant is smart and staid. Room 304 (3rd and top floor) had African theme - good murals extending into bathroom plus lots of impressive artefacts. Drums as side tables! Tanning panel available in the shower! Egg-timers to guide you on water use! Eccentric. Large bedroom plus a corner bath. Wifi and hot water fine. Excellent views. Pleasant staff. Reasonable breakfast. Be aware that lift stops at 2nd floor and steep steps up to 3rd - so no good if mobility problems or heavy luggage.

The chairs in the room fitted the African theme but weren't very comfortable. Left the window open as that closed down the aircon automatically. Else it seemed to rumble on. Would be nice to have a page of welcome to reiterate the wifi code (notice at reception), breakfast times, etc.

I love the location, very near to the town centre and lots of lovely things to do and see within walking distance, also not far from the train by foot either. I think the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the room was really clean . I enjoyed the choices for breakfast too, plenty to set me up for the day

The hotel was undergoing a major refurbishment of the dining area but it was not a problem at all to me. They communicated before i confirmed my booking, about how it would be and had provided an alternative space for breakfast and reading.. The noise didn't disturb me at all , I didn't hear it as it was not early in the morning or in the evening

The hotel has space for cycles at the side of hotel, if you're touring lock your bike as other guests leave the gate unlocked. Building is situated within 2 mins walk of centre with good bars opposite. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are quirky decor but have all facilities required.

The breakfast was fairly limited in choices and the scrambled eggs were just served in a bowl which was strange. The quality was good though. Crockery was limited on the table but the staff were on hand.
