Great location and perfect setup for what we had planned for the weekend. Communication was great and ease of check in / out was great. Thankful for parking permit otherwise would be a nightmare. Rocks throw away from the beach is the main reason we chose here. Was a great experience overall.

Mosquitos in room (killed 4 and put up do not disturb only to limit more coming in). Dead bugs lining the ceiling. AC too weak to keep room cool once the sunrises and would turn off randomly before we would wake up ( a ceiling unit would likely circulate better). Bed not meant for 2 people unless you want to feel everything your partners doing at night (every motion rocks the whole dang thing). I'd suggest a significant upgrade in pillows and bedframe/bed. Enjoyed our stay truthfully but left feeling like we didn't get much rest. Thank goodness we brought our own pillows.

Perfect location and accommodations. Bed was very comfortable and kitchenette was well stocked for simple preparations. Loved the individual temperature control in each room.

Parking on the street was not ideal since we arrived on Memorial day, but we were able to move the car closer that evening. The listing states "free parking" which is true, but I think it should clarify that it is in the street.

I thought the location was excellent, it's something special, facing the beach and next to all the restaurants, the place is very nice.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was the shower, the water was very strong and there was no option to regulate it. Otherwise, I loved it. I went with my husband and my little daughter and it was excellent for us.

Location is perfect for the beach just across the road and every night, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. Staff were attentive, informative, and super friendly. Rooms were well equipped and spacious. This place is perfect.

Honestly, nothing wring with this place. We loved everything about it.

Location cannot be beat! View of Ocean from front porch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Love the little porch area that offered additional space. Bed sheets were EXTREMELY soft. Loved them.

Couch was pretty uncomfortable for my daughter. Maybe they could include a foam pad? The KING bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.

Location right across the street from the beach. Small, but nice clean studio with small kitchen, perfect for 2. Friendly staff.

Tiny bathroom, was a bit tight to move around.

Very comfortable, right across from the beach and several restaurants and a nice patio out front! Loved the bikes and beach chairs too

Only negative was that there was no " check in" there. You had to check in at their sister property, The Sabal Palms Inn. Fortunately a guest saw me wandering around and told me what to do.

Loved the location, bikes!!, town, beach, shells, view, washer & dryer, paths and seating.

The smell of the cleaning products - rubbing alcohol and fragrance. I would recommend using fragrance and allergen free cleaning and detergents products. A brita water filter would be helpful too. The shower valve was difficult to use. Recommend updating bathrooms and kitchen like the tiny house. Thank you!

Some things were a little outdated in kitchen. The bed in big master was very wobbly. Needs a new box spring
