great new hotel with comfortable rooms and facilities. Enjoy a Caipi at the bar. Brand new, I was among the first guests to arrive. Rooms include a kitchenette and seating area. Ideal for business travel.

Check-out is easy, but it took a couple of days to finally get the invoice by mail.

It's a fantastic place that gives off a sense of summer and joy as soon as you walk through the entrance. Modern and comfortable rooms, with everything you need to feel at home . Special thanks to ORNELA for the sunny attitude.

Everything was great.

I had a very comfortable one week staying in Rioca Stuttgart. There is an attention to every detail that can make the guest feel good: personnel, design of the rooms, comfortable bed, sound proof rooms, bathroom (you can connect the mirror by bluetooth). Underground parking. Location is in an corporate offices area, there is one Turkish restaurant nearby (real Turkish food). 20 minutes by foot to tramway, 10 minutes by foot to U-Bahn.

To specify that the parking is with extra-charge.

The cleanliness, facilities, design, comfortable bed, small things like a machine with free coffee/hot chocolate/tea all day long, free massage chair, eco-consciousness, very well organized room, with charging tables, Bluetooth mirror for music, great internet. It feels that they care. I think my best experience so far. It also made me want to visit Rio. Louis, Camy, Emy, and another young man (I didn't catch the name) were very helpful and pleasant and always answered our questions.

The hotel's style was amazing, birds chirping in the hallway, massage chair in the lobby. Very large fridge and plenty of space in the room, the kitchen was well-equipped (but still there were only two of every kitchenware). The staff is kind and helpful and the hotel is also at a decent location. The rest was amazing, the hanging chair and the bathroom too were faboluos (you can play music from the mirror?!?!?!?!?! How awesome is that?).

The view from the room was dull, we saw practically nothing. Heating also takes a while to take effect (the floor is rather cold at night). The kitchen has only minimal appliances.

The location of the hotel is perfect for quiet vacation with super transport connection. The personnel is friendly and helpful, but without German language. It was very helpful to have a completely equipped Kitchen in the room with all necessary cutlery.

The cleaning service was only once in 3-4 days. It’s no problem, but the quality of the cleaning was not perfect. The floor was after cleaning dusty and partly dirty. Only once in 14 days was really good cleaned, how on the arrival day. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The price of the breakfast and parking is too high (19€/person/night).

• if I’m really going to go cherry picking, it’s the price for the breakfast which is quite high with 19€ per person. Because we didn’t book it, I can’t tell anything about the quality and whether it might be worth the price.

- Check in was very smoothly - Super pet friendly - Location was perfect for us since we we're driving from Ljubljana to Brussels and only needed a hotel for the night - There's one restaurant and one bakery nearby, which was all we needed (but please know there really isn't anything in this neighbourhood, it's an industry zone) - Vibe in the rooms is amazing - Clean - Staff is super friendly - Price was amazing, but there was a promotion when we booked - There's a gym (but we didn't have time to check it out)

We couldn't figure out how the airco worked (and it was late so we just wanted to sleep, so didn't go find someone to help us). But it wasn't super hot so it also wasn't a problem.
