Excellent staff. The receptionist Rakina came to the door and greeted us when our taxi arrived and she was brilliant throughout. Waiting staff in the restaurant were always smiling with a great attitude. Very welcoming.Our cleaning lady was fantastic too. Quiet location on a valley surrounded by mountains. Views are amazing. Away from the crowds and natural. Pools were clean and big. Not crowded. Lots of sunbeds. Excellent value for the money we paid.

Price/quality - excellent. Tasty food, nice territory, picturesque mountains views, friendly staff. Compliment from the hotel upon arrival - a bottle of wine and fruits.

There was no hot water in the room, used shampoos bottles waiting for us in the bathroom. Weak WiFi signal.

The place was perfect The all included was in the main building The food was ok but more like 2-3 stars hotel The stuff were excellent The view and atmosphere were amazing I would suggest the hotel to disconnect the villa from the food facility than the rate would be 10 A car is a must

We stayed in a villa with private pool. The villa was massive with full kitchen. 4 bathrooms with showers. Loads of food and variety in buffet. Best thing is freshly squeezed orange juice machine. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking. Very comfy beds soft matress.

The double bed mattresses are smaller than the base. We kept banging our shins on them. Booking.com double booked our first night so the hotel had to find us alternative rooms for the first night. They did all they could to fix this cock up by booking.com. They said it was not the first time booking.com had done this so worth double checking with the hotel. The non alcoholic cocktails were a bit disappointing.

Staff at the resort were amazing, especially Regina, she is an asset to the resort. all the staff in the restaurant area were really polite and courteous, smiling all the time. The staff in the pool bar was also good, except one member of staff who always had an attitude, never saw him smile. Did end up asking him if he had something up his backside that was bothering him, not going to single him out by naming but saw him getting told off on few occasions by other senior staff. Food was just amazing, every day every time. all freshly cooked, with plenty of choices available. Location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Its a hidden gem if you want to relax n chill out.

Size of pools could be slightly bigger, but didn't cause much bother.

The location, the food, and.... People who work there... All smiling, all they are doing the best they can.

Being aocation without closed beach please have two minibuses to transport people to the beach... At least during the lunch

The angel villa and location of Bali were beautiful. We loved having the villa and being able to use hotel facilities

Food was often cold even when first brought out of kitchen and choice sometimes limited or repetitive e.g. fish fingers for lunch and evening meal most days. A car was needed to get from villa to hotel and beach which was not a problem but think this needs to be clear if booking Angel villa as there road to hotel has no lights or footpath and would be very dangerous to walk. I expect this would take about 30 mins to walk too.

Just came back from 5 days at the hotel where we got engaged during the holiday. My partner and I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and size of the bedroom, all the hotel facilities were tidy and clean. The hotel reception and restaurant have an incredilbe view and the staff were very friendly so check-in and out was very easy and quick. The food was all good quality except the ice cream, lovely fish options, really tasty pastry desserts and a variety of drinks.

The buffet lunch and dinner was very similar every night which we were only there for 5 days and was beginning to get boring. The activities like pool should be free, the table tennis had a 5 euro deposit but we didn't have cash so was hard to play and the tennis equipment was very battered and ruined. Also it was end of September but the pool was very cold. 1 bar for drinks I imagine gets very busy during peak times, thankfully not while we were there.

Regina is a very special host at reception desk, very communicative, great energy, she helped us rent a car, get a taxi to the airport (for a family of 7), easily changed our accommodation to what my family really needed. Great assistance, thank you Regina. We travel a lot and I really think what you did for us was special. The hotel is in a really beautiful mountain area, lovely people work there. It was a really relaxing stay for my Easter holidays, thanks!
