Excellent staff, girls from the reception, professionally helped to settle in, responsive, prompted and assisted during the entire stay. The medical staff was highly qualified and met all my expectations. The restaurant is clean and cozy, the chef is an excellent cook, everything is fresh, the menu is not repeated! I checked some vegetables for nitrate levels, which are much lower than normal. I am pleased and not surprised why many guests come here several times. This was my first visit, and I'm sure it won't be the last, as the hotel has created a home furnishing, the whole team is trying their best! See you soon! Thank you all!

A beautiful historic building, located on a street lined with similar houses – the view from the window was simply magical. Street parking is available next to the hotel, but spaces are very limited, so it's worth reserving in advance. Very close to the city center, promenade areas, and drinking water fountains. The room was clean. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

The room needs renovation. The furniture, interior design, layout, and lighting all feel stuck in the 1990s. There was no coffee machine or even a kettle in the room – it's not listed in the room description, so it’s fair, but by today’s standards, even a 3-star hotel usually offers that as basic amenities. Only two power outlets were available near one of the beds; the rest were hidden behind nightstands. Four of us ended up queuing to charge our phones — not exactly convenient.

Small classic hotel in downtown Karlovy Vary. Short walk to all must see places. Service is kept at minimum but it works. Room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, they have both continental and English style. If you drive book a parking space before arriving, they don’t have a garage but they’ll secure you a street place in the same street, else you’ll have to park really far away.

Bedroom blinders/courtains were not large enough; they don’t dark the room enough and early morning light was really annoying.

This was my second visit to this hotel during my stay in Karlovy Vary. I was pleasantly surprised that they completely renovated the restaurant. A new, modern look. The breakfast was over the top. There is everything you need. This time I ordered Thai massage service. So relaxing after a busy day. Thank you, to the girls at the reception Zhanna and Maria. Very polite and helpful. In general, I am very satisfied. I recommend it for your stay in Karlovy Vary.

Wonderful historical building on a beautiful street. Large rooms with a high ceiling. Remarkable staff in all areas, including the great and very helpful receptionist Zhanna. The room was thoughtfully cleaned daily, and the restaurant served simple but tasty food that was different every day. 24-hour tea was also available with free thermoses. The location is excellent close to all attractions. The hotel is reachable by car while many other hotels are not, and despite elevation, the ground floor is reachable by a ramp without steps.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, cleanliness. In general, the hotel is nice, but my expectations were higher. If you are traveling without children, without a car and not using the Spa, it is a great hotel for you.

I booked a 3-bed room for 4 people through Booking, but at the reception they charged me extra for the fourth person, despite the fact that the child slept with us in the bed. I am experiencing it for the first time. Spa is for a maximum of 8 people, but there were more than 20 people in it. The hotel has a parking space for 3 cars, so the chances of reserving a parking space are small. The nearest parking lot is more than 1 km away

The location of hotel is very good: it is located in the central part, but due to the special street restrictions about the parking, the streets are not noisy at all. The room was cozy. Staff was attentive during breakfast. The breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Thai massage costs only 32 €. The view from balcony is nice.

Though i will not be the first one to say this, parking is very limited here. There are a handful of spaces for all of the guests. So if you are arriving by car, and have not booked far in advance, this can be a little difficult.

Nice hotel in a great location near to the city center and famous colonnades. Parking was a bit confused during the holidays, but in the end the hotel was willing to arrange parking in a nearby street. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. We also tried the Thai massage at the hotel and we highly recommend it - the lady is very skilled. At breakfast there was a standard selection, the food was tasty. The room was smaller, but sufficient for the weekend. Everything was clean and the wellness environment was great for evening relaxation - we mainly used the sauna.

Parking was along the road - not everyone can suit this style of parking, especially if they have a bigger car.

Our stay was a mixed bag of experiences. The location of the hotel was great, close to main attractions and public transportation. At breakfast there were some decent options available; I really enjoyed the creamy cottage cheese and the yoghurt. The room was smallish, but well-maintened and clean.

The breakfast room was quite crowded during peak hours, it was not easy to find a cozy spot to enjoy our meal. We were surprised to find ourselves at the back of the hotel, which, as we later discovered, used to be another hotel adjacent to Anglicky Dvur.
