Firstly Mary she was always there to help and correspond. Secondly the location. Mary told us how to get around the temples which are beautiful and the park there. Unfortunately my husband was not well when we left Bangkok so did not get to do the boat trip or hire bikes with Mary. We should have booked everything through Mary including our minibus to Kanchanaburi

Great room with bath and wonderful common areas. Staff were super helpful orienting to sights. Overnight laundry service. Short ferry/walk from train station and a block away from minibus to Bangkok. Would stay there again!

My favorite hostel so far, I would have loved to stay for longer. The common area is very nice and has plenty of space to hang out, eat, etc. The host is lovely and allowed me to shower and stay until my night train after I checked out, as well as do my laundry and bring it to my room. It is centrally located in town and has parking. I would recommend renting a bike or motorbike to reach all of the attractions, but everything is very accessible no matter the mode of transport. The AC is great and keeps the room cool all day. I would not recommend more overall.

The room without a bathroom has clouded-over windows and a bright overhead light, but there is still natural light, and the communal bathrooms are standard.

Mary is a very good host, very welcoming from the start. Her tips were very helpful to explore Ayutthaya in the best way, she gave us a map with all the best temples and locations to visit. The hotel is clean, basic, located in a great position (10min walk from the ferry) and only 10min walking from the main temples. You can also rent a bike directly at the hotel (which for me was the best way to visit Ayutthaya)! I definitely recommend the place, very good value for your money. (Btw there's two lovely cats hanging around the hotel, you can find them at the reception most of the time) Thank you Mary, it was a very good experience!

It could be a bit noisy in the morning as is located facing a main road but nothing that earplugs won't fix! No big deal

If you’re coming to Ayutthaya to see the temples I would highly recommend staying here for the night. The host was so friendly and helpful, even giving us a map on arrival with some recommendations of which temples to visit and a lovely spot to watch the sunset all within walking distance. The place is really clean and comfortable with a relaxed feel and had everything you could ever need! Breakfast, laundry, really good AC and even a little chill out area for before/ after check in. All round lovely stay.

Second time I come here, the first one was in 2023, this time I came with my family. - Localisation is good : you can walk or take bicycle to go around Ayuttaya - Ask for the boat tour with the hostel, it's very good, begin at 3pm - Close to the bus stop when you come from Bangkok with the mini van. - Owner is kind with very good information to find good place to eat and good informations to visit :)

Nothing, just for information : the bigger room is better than the small one (the one with bathroom inside)

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and there is an expansive upstairs open area for sitting and meeting other guests. The owner and staff were gracious and helpful, offering advice on which pharmacy to go to for the best service and a fair price, arranging a boat trip, and a tuk-tuk to the train station. The guest house is conveniently located in the heart of the old city. I would stay there again.

More than I expected! Mary and her niece go above and beyond to make sure you have a fabulous stay. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the three main temples in the historic area, and a fabulous night market about 500 metres away. Easy to get from the train station, across on the 10baht boat, then a (less than) 10 minute walk to the guesthouse. The mattresses aren't as hard as most in Thailand! Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

There's nothing I can complain about.

Manager Mary helped a lot. Smily face, nice and precise advices, really helpful. Also the location was fantastic, close to night market and historical places. Room was very clean, ac was working properly. There was not too much noise from the rood but still Mary did bring ear plugs just in case. Also bike and motorcycle rental was available and affordable, we choose bike and it was a fantastic two days for us.

I had a fantastic stay at the guest house! Mary is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with excellent advice on exploring Ayutthaya, ensuring we didn't miss any of the must-see spots. Mary was always attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The location of the guest house is also a huge plus, as it's within walking distance of many interesting places in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ayutthaya!
